基于數(shù)據(jù)注冊的臥龍自然保護區(qū)地質(zhì)災害監(jiān)測預警信息服務研究

【摘要】:在科學技術飛速發(fā)展的同時,人類為了滿足自己生產(chǎn)要求,對大自然資源進行長期掠奪,造成了生態(tài)環(huán)境和生活環(huán)境的破壞,最主要表現(xiàn)在直接或間接引起各種地質(zhì)災害的頻發(fā),嚴重威脅人類生命財產(chǎn)。在地質(zhì)災害的危害日漸加劇的情況下,人們對地質(zhì)災害的注意力也逐漸提高,各研究機構以及國家政府開始重視地質(zhì)災害監(jiān)測預警。目前國內(nèi)外關于地質(zhì)災害的研究,主要是從對地質(zhì)災害進行機理及預測的研究,到對地質(zhì)災害進行災害評估,再到對地質(zhì)災害進行信息管理,但目前還沒有對地質(zhì)災害數(shù)據(jù)展開數(shù)據(jù)注冊的研究。傳統(tǒng)地質(zhì)災害監(jiān)測預警方式仍存在以下幾個問題:(一)地質(zhì)數(shù)據(jù)總量巨大且動態(tài)變化,數(shù)據(jù)管理任務艱巨。(二)不同地質(zhì)災害數(shù)據(jù)相互獨立,信息處理和綜合分析能力不強。(三)地質(zhì)災害監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)應用門檻高,風險評價及應急管理效率低下。如何解決地質(zhì)災害監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)的存儲管理、分析處理以及高效應用,是目前面臨的三個主要問題。因此,開展地質(zhì)災害監(jiān)測預警相關的技術方法體系研究,具有一定的理論意義和實用價值。本文針對當前地質(zhì)災害監(jiān)測預警所存在的各種問題,以臥龍自然保護區(qū)為例,依托“面向數(shù)據(jù)的體系結構”對數(shù)據(jù)注冊理論進行研究,根據(jù)研究區(qū)地質(zhì)災害監(jiān)測預警實際情況,提出了研究區(qū)地質(zhì)災害風險評價方法,最后研究基于數(shù)據(jù)注冊的地質(zhì)災害監(jiān)測預警信息服務模式。本文的主要工作內(nèi)容包括:(一)對地質(zhì)災害監(jiān)測預警下的數(shù)據(jù)注冊理論研究(二)對臥龍自然保護區(qū)地質(zhì)災害監(jiān)測預警數(shù)據(jù)展開分析(三)研究臥龍自然保護區(qū)地質(zhì)災害風險評價方法(四)以臥龍自然保護區(qū)為例研究地質(zhì)災害監(jiān)測預警信息服務模式根據(jù)本文的主要研究內(nèi)容,取得的主要創(chuàng)新點及研究成果包括:(一)提出了一種以數(shù)據(jù)注冊為核心的地質(zhì)災害數(shù)據(jù)管理機制(二)以臥龍自然保護區(qū)為例構建了一種地質(zhì)災害監(jiān)測預警信息服務模式
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of science and technology, human beings, in order to meet their own production requirements, have plundered the natural resources for a long time, resulting in the destruction of the ecological environment and the living environment. The main manifestation is the frequent occurrence of all kinds of geological disasters directly or indirectly, which seriously threatens the lives and property of human beings. With the increasing harm of geological disasters, people's attention to geological disasters is also gradually increasing. Various research institutions and national governments have begun to attach importance to the monitoring and early warning of geological hazards. At present, the research on geological hazards at home and abroad mainly ranges from the study of the mechanism and prediction of geological hazards to the assessment of geological disasters. Then to the information management of geological hazards, but at present there is no research on data registration of geological hazard data. There are still the following problems in traditional geological hazard monitoring and warning methods: (1) the total amount of geological data is huge and dynamic. The task of data management is arduous. (2) the data of different geological hazards are independent of each other, and the ability of information processing and comprehensive analysis is not strong. (3) the threshold for the application of geological hazard monitoring data is high. The efficiency of risk assessment and emergency management is low. How to solve the storage, management, analysis and efficient application of geological hazard monitoring data are three main problems. It is of certain theoretical significance and practical value to study the technical method system related to geological hazard monitoring and early warning. This paper takes Wolong Nature Reserve as an example, aiming at various problems existing in geological hazard monitoring and warning at present. Based on the data oriented system structure, the data registration theory is studied. According to the actual situation of geological hazard monitoring and warning in the research area, the method of geological hazard risk assessment in the research area is put forward. The main contents of this paper are as follows: (1) Research on data registration theory under geological hazard monitoring and early warning (2) study on Wolong Nature Reserve. Geological hazard monitoring and early warning data analysis (3) study on geological hazard risk assessment method in Wolong Nature Reserve (4) take Wolong Nature Reserve as an example to study geological hazard monitoring and early warning information service model according to the main research contents of this paper. The main innovations and research achievements are as follows: (1) A geological hazard data management mechanism with data registration as the core is proposed. (2) taking Wolong Nature Reserve as an example, a geological hazard monitoring and early warning information service model is constructed.
