天然赤鐵礦促進(jìn)紅壤微生物胞外電子傳遞機(jī)制研究

【摘要】:為了研究天然赤鐵礦對(duì)微生物胞外電子傳遞機(jī)制,以長(zhǎng)沙和海口紅壤為例,構(gòu)建了雙室反應(yīng)體系對(duì)紅壤微生物與天然赤鐵礦間氧化還原作用及胞外電子傳遞過(guò)程進(jìn)行表征。研究顯示,增加赤鐵礦作為電子受體后,長(zhǎng)沙與?诩t壤體系開(kāi)路電壓由425.28、414.64 m V提升至511.46、532.52 m V,最大輸出功率由221.5、171.0 m W/m~3提升至431.4、260.2 m W/m~3。電化學(xué)循環(huán)伏安測(cè)試顯示在0.43、0.55 V(相對(duì)于飽和甘汞電極;vs.SCE)處出現(xiàn)Fe(Ⅲ)還原峰及Fe(Ⅱ)氧化峰,指證新氧化還原反應(yīng)的引入。電化學(xué)阻抗譜(EIS)擬合結(jié)果顯示赤鐵礦電極極化內(nèi)阻R_p自44840Ω降至665Ω,從動(dòng)力學(xué)層面表明電極反應(yīng)導(dǎo)致的電勢(shì)降低有利于電子轉(zhuǎn)移。實(shí)驗(yàn)研究結(jié)果表明,紅壤環(huán)境中以赤鐵礦為代表的鐵氧化物能夠有效參與并促進(jìn)微生物胞外電子傳遞。
[Abstract]:In order to study the extracellular electron transport mechanism of natural hematite to microorganisms, the red soil in Changsha and Haikou was taken as an example. A two-compartment reaction system was constructed to characterize the redox and extracellular electron transfer process between microorganisms in red soil and natural hematite. The open circuit voltage of Changsha and Haikou red soil system was raised from 425.28 ~ 414.64 MV to 511.46 ~ 6 ~ (-1) m / m ~ (-1) V, and the maximum output power was increased from 221.55 ~ 171.0 m W / m ~ (3) to 431.4% ~ 260.2 m W / m ~ (3).
