【摘要】:海岸帶是人類生活和生產(chǎn)的重要場所。萊州灣屬于渤海三個海灣之一,是十分重要的漁業(yè)產(chǎn)區(qū)。萊州灣南岸的海洋漁業(yè)、鹽業(yè)化工等主要產(chǎn)業(yè)優(yōu)勢明顯,在山東省海洋經(jīng)濟中占有重要的地位。隨著人類不斷開發(fā)產(chǎn)生的環(huán)境問題等日益突出,如何既能科學(xué)合理的利用土地資源,又能不導(dǎo)致地質(zhì)環(huán)境惡化,是迫在眉睫的問題。因此,開展萊州灣南岸海岸帶地質(zhì)環(huán)境評價是必要的。 本文以萊州灣南岸海岸帶為例,在系統(tǒng)整理萊州灣南岸已有的地質(zhì)環(huán)境資料基礎(chǔ)上,對局部空白區(qū)進行地質(zhì)環(huán)境資料的補充調(diào)查和監(jiān)測。在綜合分析10多個勘察報告、600多個鉆口資料和6個地質(zhì)調(diào)查報告基礎(chǔ)上,通過野外實地考察,研究本區(qū)海域液化土、軟土分布、物理力學(xué)性質(zhì)等,根據(jù)地質(zhì)構(gòu)造、地貌類型、沉積環(huán)境和海域淺層土的物理力學(xué)性質(zhì)等特征將海域分成7個工程地質(zhì)亞區(qū)。 在現(xiàn)有地質(zhì)環(huán)境資料的基礎(chǔ)上,將地質(zhì)環(huán)境要素與功能類型關(guān)系賦值,用數(shù)理統(tǒng)計軟件將用地類型進行定量聚類,,可歸并為8類,包括臨海工業(yè)城鎮(zhèn)建設(shè)用地、海岸帶生態(tài)綠化用地、海岸帶農(nóng)業(yè)用地、海水資源用地、圍海造陸用地、港口航運區(qū)用地、漁業(yè)養(yǎng)殖用地、海洋能源用地等,從中選前5個類型進行評價。根據(jù)我國海岸帶特性,將陸域和海域影響因子綜合考慮,構(gòu)建一套基于開發(fā)萊州灣南岸的海岸帶地質(zhì)環(huán)境評價因子,包括地殼穩(wěn)定性、地形地貌、水文地質(zhì)、工程地質(zhì)、環(huán)境質(zhì)量、地質(zhì)災(zāi)害、人類活動等。 根據(jù)不同功能用地影響因子不同選用相應(yīng)的因子進行地質(zhì)環(huán)境評價。通過層次分析法可確定相應(yīng)功能用地的評價因子權(quán)重,在地質(zhì)數(shù)據(jù)全部轉(zhuǎn)換成ArcGIS格式基礎(chǔ)上,基于ArcGIS軟件平臺通過模糊綜合評價模型對海岸帶地質(zhì)環(huán)境的現(xiàn)狀進行科學(xué)、系統(tǒng)的評價,為萊州灣南岸的合理開發(fā)規(guī)劃提供一定的依據(jù),具有重要的實際意義。
[Abstract]:The coastal zone is an important place for human life and production. Laizhou Bay belongs to one of the three coves in the Bohai Sea and is a very important fishery producing area. The main industries such as marine fishery, salt industry and chemical industry on the south coast of Laizhou Bay have obvious advantages. It plays an important role in the marine economy of Shandong Province. With the increasingly prominent environmental problems arising from the continuous development of human beings, how to make scientific and rational use of land resources without causing the deterioration of the geological environment, Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate the geological environment of the coastal zone along the south coast of Laizhou Bay. Taking the coastal zone of the southern coast of Laizhou Bay as an example, the geological environment data of the south coast of Laizhou Bay have been systematically sorted out in this paper. Supplementary investigation and monitoring of geological environment data in local blank areas. On the basis of comprehensive analysis of more than 600 drilling port data and 6 geological survey reports of more than 10 survey reports, the liquefied soil in the sea area of this area is studied through field investigation. According to the characteristics of geological structure, geomorphologic type, sedimentary environment and physical and mechanical properties of shallow soil, the sea area is divided into seven engineering geological subareas. On the basis of the existing geological environment data, the relationship between geological environment elements and function types is assigned, and the land types are quantitatively clustered by mathematical statistics software, which can be merged into 8 categories, including construction land for industrial cities and towns near the sea. Land for ecological greening in the coastal zone, agricultural land for the coastal zone, land for sea water resources, land for land reclamation, land for port and shipping areas, land for fishery cultivation, land for marine energy, etc. According to the characteristics of China's coastal zone, a set of geological and environmental evaluation factors of coastal zone, including crustal stability, topography and geomorphology, are constructed based on the comprehensive consideration of land and sea area influence factors, which are based on the development of the southern coast of Laizhou Bay. Hydrogeology, engineering geology, environmental quality, geological hazards, human activities, etc. According to the influence factors of different functional land use, the corresponding factors are selected to evaluate the geological environment. The weight of the evaluation factors of the corresponding functional land can be determined by AHP, and the geological data are converted to ArcGIS format. Based on the ArcGIS software platform, the scientific and systematic evaluation of the present situation of the coastal geological environment is carried out through the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, which provides a certain basis for the rational development planning of the southern coast of Laizhou Bay, and has important practical significance.
