長慶油田隴東區(qū)塊生產(chǎn)井測井項目風險管理研究

【摘要】:生產(chǎn)井測井項目是監(jiān)測油氣田開發(fā)動態(tài)的主要技術手段。該項目主要是通過各種物理手段和方法對井的地層信息進行采集,并使用大量機械和計算機聯(lián)合作業(yè)的一項復雜工程項目。項目施工時伴隨著高溫高壓以及井下管柱工具復雜的施工環(huán)境,因此各種風險事故難免發(fā)生。采取有效應對防范措施,對涉及的風險進行科學識別和評估,研究制定有效防范措施,降低風險事件發(fā)生概率或造成損失。本論文通過對項目風險管理基本概念和理論介紹,結合長慶油田隴東區(qū)塊生產(chǎn)井測井項目實際和特點,分別采用流程圖法對風險進行識別;采用專家調(diào)查打分法、矩陣圖分析法對識別的風險進行分析,確定發(fā)生的概率和影響程度,采取召開會議或進行訪談的方式對進行風險評估,提出應對計劃和消減措施35項,并實施風險監(jiān)控和管理。本論文還從環(huán)境、物、人和流程方面,采取經(jīng)驗對比法、過程分析法等危險源辨識方法對長慶油田隴東區(qū)塊生產(chǎn)井測井項目進行全面的危害因素識別,識別出危險/危害因素153條,對該項目風險管理具有實際指導意義。本論文為項目管理提供較充實的理論依據(jù)和實踐支撐,提出的應對計劃和消減措施可以有效控制事故的發(fā)生,降低風險、提高效益。
[Abstract]:The production well logging project is the main technical means to monitor the development performance of oil and gas field, which is mainly to collect the formation information of the well through various physical means and methods. A complex engineering project with a large number of mechanical and computer combined operations is used. The construction of the project is accompanied by a complex construction environment of high temperature and high pressure as well as underground pipe string tools. Therefore, a variety of risk accidents inevitably occur. Take effective measures to prevent the risk involved in scientific identification and evaluation, research and formulate effective preventive measures. This paper introduces the basic concept and theory of project risk management, combined with the reality and characteristics of production well logging project in Longdong block of Changqing Oilfield. Flow chart method is used to identify the risk. Using expert survey scoring method, matrix chart analysis method to identify the risk analysis, to determine the probability of occurrence and impact degree, by holding meetings or interviews to carry out risk assessment. Thirty-five response plans and mitigation measures were proposed, and risk monitoring and management were carried out. Experience comparison was also adopted in this paper in terms of environment, material, people and processes. Hazard identification methods such as process analysis are used to identify the hazard factors of production well logging project in Longdong block of Changqing Oilfield, and 153 hazard / hazard factors are identified. This paper provides a substantial theoretical basis and practical support for project management. The proposed response plan and mitigation measures can effectively control the occurrence of accidents and reduce risks. Improve efficiency.
