【摘要】：隨著國民生活水平的提高和休閑時間的增加,旅游業(yè),尤其是鄉(xiāng)村旅游得到飛速發(fā)展。鄉(xiāng)村旅游不僅是建設美麗鄉(xiāng)村的有效途徑,更是地震農(nóng)村災區(qū)恢復重建的先導產(chǎn)業(yè)和優(yōu)勢產(chǎn)業(yè)。在此背景下,本文選取了“4·20”蘆山地震極重災區(qū)大川鎮(zhèn)鄉(xiāng)村為研究對象,通過文獻研究、歸納分析、實地調(diào)研等方法,探討地震災區(qū)如何借助災后重建機遇,以美麗鄉(xiāng)村建設為視角,進行鄉(xiāng)村旅游開發(fā),最終實現(xiàn)鄉(xiāng)村生態(tài)、經(jīng)濟、社會效益的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展。全文分為四個部分。第一部分主要明確研究背景、研究方法與思路,梳理了鄉(xiāng)村旅游、美麗鄉(xiāng)村建設、災后重建三方面的文獻研究。第二部為基礎(chǔ)研究,分別對低碳經(jīng)濟、產(chǎn)業(yè)融合、利益相關(guān)者、可持續(xù)發(fā)展等相關(guān)理論進行了概述,研究了美麗鄉(xiāng)村建設發(fā)展歷程及模式,并構(gòu)建了美麗鄉(xiāng)村建設和鄉(xiāng)村旅游開發(fā)的互動發(fā)展模型。第三部分對大川鎮(zhèn)的區(qū)位、自然地理環(huán)境、資源稟賦、以及震前鄉(xiāng)村旅游發(fā)展,地震受損情況等進行了全面分析,指出優(yōu)先發(fā)展鄉(xiāng)村旅游是大川鎮(zhèn)鄉(xiāng)村災后重建的重中之重。第四部分以災后重建為背景,以美麗鄉(xiāng)村為視角,從旅游新村建設、旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)延伸、旅游富民安居三個方面構(gòu)建了低碳重建、新村風貌、產(chǎn)村相融、產(chǎn)業(yè)融合、旅游富民、最美鄉(xiāng)愁六大路徑。最后總結(jié)了研究的結(jié)論與不足,認為鄉(xiāng)村旅游應是廣大農(nóng)村地震災區(qū)災后恢復重建的重中之重,將鄉(xiāng)村旅游與美麗鄉(xiāng)村有效結(jié)合,互動發(fā)展,能更有效推動農(nóng)村建設。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of national living standard and the increase of leisure time, tourism, especially rural tourism, has been developed rapidly. Rural tourism is not only an effective way to build beautiful villages. Under this background, this paper selects "4.20" Lushan earthquake area extremely hard disaster area Dachuan town as the research object, through the literature research. Inductive analysis, field investigation and other methods to explore how to use the post-disaster reconstruction opportunities, beautiful rural construction as the perspective of rural tourism development, and ultimately to achieve rural ecology and economy. The paper is divided into four parts. The first part is mainly to clarify the research background, research methods and ideas, combing the rural tourism, beautiful rural construction. The second part is the basic research on low-carbon economy, industrial convergence, stakeholders, sustainable development and other related theories. This paper studies the development process and mode of beautiful rural construction, and constructs the interactive development model of beautiful rural construction and rural tourism development. The third part is about the location, natural geographical environment and resource endowment of Dachuan Town. As well as the development of rural tourism before the earthquake, earthquake damage and other comprehensive analysis, it is pointed out that priority to develop rural tourism is the most important part of rural reconstruction in Dachuan town. 4th part is based on post-disaster reconstruction. From the perspective of the beautiful countryside, this paper constructs a low carbon reconstruction, a new village style, a combination of products and villages, an industrial convergence, and a tourism prosperity from three aspects: the construction of a new tourism village, the extension of the tourism industry, and the comfortable residence of the rich people. At last, the conclusion and deficiency of the study are summarized. It is believed that rural tourism should be the most important part of the recovery and reconstruction after the earthquake disaster in the vast rural areas, and combine rural tourism with beautiful villages effectively. Interactive development, can more effectively promote rural construction.
