基于SEM圖像灰度水平的頁(yè)巖孔隙分割方法研究

【摘要】:微觀孔隙結(jié)構(gòu)是研究頁(yè)巖氣吸附運(yùn)移機(jī)制和建立地質(zhì)模型的基礎(chǔ),氬離子拋光-掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)技術(shù)是開(kāi)展此項(xiàng)研究的主要實(shí)驗(yàn)方法,但已有的研究大多是關(guān)注頁(yè)巖孔隙分類,較少?gòu)亩拷嵌缺碚髌涮卣。為開(kāi)展頁(yè)巖微觀孔隙結(jié)構(gòu)定量研究,提高孔隙分割質(zhì)量,本研究分別利用邊緣檢測(cè)分割法、流域分割法、手動(dòng)和自動(dòng)閾值分割法對(duì)頁(yè)巖無(wú)機(jī)孔和有機(jī)孔二次電子圖像進(jìn)行分割實(shí)驗(yàn),對(duì)比不同方法的分割效果。結(jié)果表明,通過(guò)選取合適的分割閾值,基于SEM圖像的手動(dòng)閾值分割法能夠表征1 nm以上的孔隙,準(zhǔn)確地識(shí)別有機(jī)質(zhì)與脆性礦物邊緣、孔隙與有機(jī)質(zhì)邊緣,使得頁(yè)巖孔隙提取結(jié)果趨近于真實(shí),能更有效地對(duì)頁(yè)巖孔隙結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行定量分析。
[Abstract]:Micro pore structure is the basis of studying the mechanism of shale gas adsorption and migration and establishing geological model. Argon ion polishing and scanning electron microscope (SEM) technique is the main experimental method for this study. However, most of the existing studies focus on the classification of shale pores, less from a quantitative point of view to characterize the characteristics of shale micro-pore structure quantitative research, improve the quality of pore segmentation. In this study, edge detection method, watershed segmentation method, manual and automatic threshold segmentation method were used to segment the secondary electronic images of shale inorganic and organic holes. The results show that the manual threshold segmentation method based on SEM image can represent the pore size above 1 nm by selecting the appropriate segmentation threshold. Accurate identification of the edges of organic matter and brittle minerals, pore and organic matter edge makes the extraction results of shale pores more realistic, which can be more effective in quantitative analysis of shale pore structure.
