半導(dǎo)體量子點(diǎn)連續(xù)泵浦激光研究進(jìn)展(英文)

連續(xù)激光器是光子芯片的關(guān)鍵部件.低閾值、高效率、長壽命、低成本、易集成的連續(xù)激光器一直是科學(xué)界和工業(yè)界追求的目標(biāo)之一.量子點(diǎn)具有熒光量子產(chǎn)率高、發(fā)光波長可調(diào)、易于集成等優(yōu)點(diǎn),是一種優(yōu)異的激光增益材料.根據(jù)制備工藝的不同,量子點(diǎn)可分為外延生長的量子點(diǎn)和溶液制備的膠體量子點(diǎn).本文綜述了使用外延生長方法制備的Ⅲ-V半導(dǎo)體量子點(diǎn)和膠體量子點(diǎn)連續(xù)激光器的研究進(jìn)展,詳細(xì)討論了膠體量子點(diǎn)實現(xiàn)連續(xù)激光所面臨的困難和挑戰(zhàn),總結(jié)了鈣鈦礦連續(xù)波激光器研究的進(jìn)展.最后,討論了量子點(diǎn)連續(xù)激光器實現(xiàn)光子芯片集成應(yīng)用所面臨的挑戰(zhàn).
