雙共焦波導(dǎo)回旋行波管高頻結(jié)構(gòu)的電磁特性研究(英文)

研究了雙共焦波導(dǎo)回旋行波管高頻結(jié)構(gòu)的電磁特性。根據(jù)惠根斯原理的光衍射理論,分析得出雙共焦波導(dǎo)中的兩類本征模式(疊加模和環(huán)形模)對(duì)應(yīng)的截止頻率和場(chǎng)分布情況。理論分析結(jié)果與商用仿真軟件CST的仿真結(jié)果一致。其中用作回旋行波管工作模式的"反相疊加TE06模"的損耗明顯小于其他模式,這種不同模式損耗不同的特性將有效抑制競(jìng)爭(zhēng)模式帶來(lái)的寄生振蕩。雙共焦波導(dǎo)的模式密度略大于傳統(tǒng)單共焦波導(dǎo)的模式密度,但是明顯小于圓波導(dǎo)的模式密度,因此雙共焦波導(dǎo)適合用作回旋行波管的高頻結(jié)構(gòu)。
