小芯徑光子晶體光纖中基于前向受激布里淵散射的超光速傳輸特性(英文)

理論研究了小芯徑光子晶體光纖中基于前向受激布里淵散射的快光.利用前向受激布里淵散射三波耦合方程,通過傅里葉變換,計算小芯徑光子晶體光纖中的群折射率和增益系數(shù).用有限元法模擬了聲場和光場的分布、信號光時間提前量和展寬因子.小芯徑光子晶體光纖中光場與聲場可以有效地重疊在纖芯中,增強了它們之間的非線性相互作用,導致強的受激布里淵散射和大的時間提前量.隨著信號光傳輸距離的增加,時間提前量成非線性增長,與此同時,信號光被壓縮.隨著初始脈沖的增大,脈沖展寬因子逐漸趨于平穩(wěn).當傳輸距離為70 m,初始脈沖寬度為200 ns,泵浦功率為600 mW,計算出時間提前量為21.76 ns和脈沖展寬因子為0.77.
