小芯徑光子晶體光纖中基于前向受激布里淵散射的超光速傳輸特性(英文)

理論研究了小芯徑光子晶體光纖中基于前向受激布里淵散射的快光.利用前向受激布里淵散射三波耦合方程,通過(guò)傅里葉變換,計(jì)算小芯徑光子晶體光纖中的群折射率和增益系數(shù).用有限元法模擬了聲場(chǎng)和光場(chǎng)的分布、信號(hào)光時(shí)間提前量和展寬因子.小芯徑光子晶體光纖中光場(chǎng)與聲場(chǎng)可以有效地重疊在纖芯中,增強(qiáng)了它們之間的非線(xiàn)性相互作用,導(dǎo)致強(qiáng)的受激布里淵散射和大的時(shí)間提前量.隨著信號(hào)光傳輸距離的增加,時(shí)間提前量成非線(xiàn)性增長(zhǎng),與此同時(shí),信號(hào)光被壓縮.隨著初始脈沖的增大,脈沖展寬因子逐漸趨于平穩(wěn).當(dāng)傳輸距離為70 m,初始脈沖寬度為200 ns,泵浦功率為600 mW,計(jì)算出時(shí)間提前量為21.76 ns和脈沖展寬因子為0.77.
