W波段帶狀注耦合腔慢波結(jié)構(gòu)行波管的設(shè)計與冷測(英文)

對W波段三槽梯形線耦合腔慢波結(jié)構(gòu)(包括大功率輸入輸出耦合器和射頻窗)的加工和冷測進行了研究。此慢波結(jié)構(gòu)由一個矩形波導耦合器饋電,該耦合器由放置在輸入腔短邊上的三階階梯變換矩形波導組成。首先,利用仿真方法研究了慢波結(jié)構(gòu)的色散、互作用阻抗、傳輸特性和注-波互作用。結(jié)果表明,采用三槽梯形線耦合腔慢波結(jié)構(gòu)的行波管能夠在91~96 GHz的頻率范圍內(nèi)提供大于1 000 W的飽和輸出功率,并且在94 GHz頻點,飽和輸出功率最大,可以達到1 125 W。其次,采用高精度數(shù)控銑床加工出三槽梯形線慢波結(jié)構(gòu),并將其固定在非磁性不銹鋼外殼中。文中給出了帶有耦合器和射頻窗的三槽梯形線慢波系統(tǒng)的測試結(jié)果,表明在90 GHz到100 GHz的頻率范圍內(nèi),S11<-10 dB。因此,三槽梯形線慢波結(jié)構(gòu)在W波段大功率行波管方面具有應(yīng)用前景。
