高質(zhì)量的2μm高重頻諧波鎖模激光器

2μm被動鎖模光纖激光器因在光通信、醫(yī)藥學(xué)、中紅外、激光雷達(dá)等領(lǐng)域的具有廣泛的應(yīng)用前景,已經(jīng)成為了近些年來激光領(lǐng)域廣大科研工作者的研究熱點。本文分別從理論和實驗上研究了2μm摻銩光纖激光器中的基頻鎖模和高重頻諧波鎖模孤子脈沖產(chǎn)生方法,相關(guān)研究工作可分為如下三個部分:(1)基于非線性薛定諤方程,我們建立了基于非線性偏振旋轉(zhuǎn)的2微米被動鎖模摻銩光纖激光器的數(shù)值模型。通過分步傅里葉法求解,我們研究了基頻孤子隨泵浦功率的演化情況,優(yōu)化了摻銩光纖和普通單模光纖SMF28e的長度,結(jié)果表明當(dāng)摻銩光纖長度5 m,普通單模光纖SMF28e為31 m時可獲得脈沖能量最大基頻孤子。(2)我們搭建了基于非線性偏振旋轉(zhuǎn)的基頻鎖模摻銩光纖激光器,諧振腔總長度為36 m,腔內(nèi)凈色散為-2.9 ps2。當(dāng)泵浦功率為1.232 W時,可獲得穩(wěn)定的基頻鎖模孤子,其脈沖重復(fù)頻率為5.8 MHz,與腔長相匹配,孤子光譜中心波長和半高全寬分別為1992.7 nm和2.02 nm,實驗測得的脈沖寬度為2.2 ps,最大輸出功率為10 mW,脈沖能量為1.72 nJ。為了提升基頻孤子的脈沖重復(fù)頻率并實現(xiàn)鎖模...
