有機(jī)鹵素共晶是由兩個(gè)或者更多不同組分通過碳鹵鍵構(gòu)成的.因其多樣化的化學(xué)物理特性,及在有機(jī)光電子學(xué)領(lǐng)域的潛在應(yīng)用價(jià)值,有機(jī)鹵素共晶引起了研究者的廣泛關(guān)注.本綜述文章中,我們簡(jiǎn)單總結(jié)了有機(jī)鹵鍵共晶的制備方法和在光電子器件領(lǐng)域應(yīng)用的最新進(jìn)展.此外,我們還討論了目前有機(jī)鹵鍵共晶的研究方向及面臨的技術(shù)挑戰(zhàn),同時(shí)對(duì)有機(jī)鹵鍵共晶的進(jìn)一步研究和應(yīng)用前景進(jìn)行了展望.
