射頻/微波應(yīng)用中可調(diào)諧濾波器的設(shè)計(jì)

  本論文針對(duì)射頻和微波應(yīng)用提出了頻率范圍為1.5-2.7 GHz的可調(diào)帶通濾波器。提出的濾波器用于實(shí)現(xiàn)高選擇性、尺寸微型化/小型化、寬帶和恒定絕對(duì)帶寬(CABW)的同時(shí)保持低插入損耗。尺寸微型化/小型化通過使用新型微帶階梯諧振器實(shí)現(xiàn)。高選擇性通過在通帶兩側(cè)引入兩個(gè)可控的傳輸零點(diǎn)獲得。寬帶和恒定絕對(duì)帶寬由一種新型微型化梳狀諧振器實(shí)現(xiàn)。在低損耗高選擇性的設(shè)計(jì)中,首先提出的是一種緊湊的具有獨(dú)立配置的第二通帶和高帶外抑制的單/雙頻帶濾波器。之后用相同的緊湊型接地階梯諧振器實(shí)現(xiàn)了一款頻率調(diào)諧范圍在1.58–1.88 GHz的低損耗可調(diào)濾波器,并加入了傳輸零點(diǎn)調(diào)諧特性來獲得更好的抑制水平。在寬帶和恒定絕對(duì)帶寬設(shè)計(jì)中,運(yùn)用了一種新型的階梯梳狀諧振器來實(shí)現(xiàn)高度小型化的固定和可調(diào)帶通濾波器。首先使用這一結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)了一款相對(duì)帶寬62.5%的寬帶濾波器,面積僅有6.5×8.5 mm2。另一款可調(diào)帶通濾波器具有寬調(diào)諧范圍1.6-2.7 GHz和恒定絕對(duì)帶寬(360±10)MHz,尺寸僅有6.7×8.7 mm2。此外,還引入了品質(zhì)因數(shù)控制來進(jìn)一步提高濾波器特性,同時(shí)提供了...
