非制冷IRFPA像元結(jié)構(gòu)與時空隨機噪聲的優(yōu)化理論(英文)

非制冷紅外焦平面探測器(Uncooled IRFPA)像元結(jié)構(gòu)從單層結(jié)構(gòu)向雙層結(jié)構(gòu)的發(fā)展降低了探測器噪聲,提升了性能。介紹了像元的MEMS結(jié)構(gòu)及主要物理參數(shù),指出雙層結(jié)構(gòu)與單層結(jié)構(gòu)的主要差異在于像元有效面積和橋臂熱導的不同。三維噪聲模型是對IRFPA噪聲進行分析的有效手段,其中時空隨機噪聲是非制冷IRFPA最主要的噪聲成份。分析了非制冷IRFPA時空隨機噪聲的產(chǎn)生機理,建立了時空隨機噪聲模型,得到時空隨機噪聲與像元有效面積和橋臂熱導的關系。將某款單層像元結(jié)構(gòu)探測器改進為雙層像元結(jié)構(gòu)并進行噪聲測試,實測數(shù)據(jù)證明了非制冷IRFPA時空隨機噪聲模型的有效性。
