同向振動(dòng)L-L振動(dòng)方向變換器的等效電路

【摘要】:基于表觀彈性法和機(jī)電類比原理,推導(dǎo)了L-L振動(dòng)方向變換器正交復(fù)合振動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的機(jī)電等效電路及諧振頻率方程。分別利用等效電路法、波動(dòng)方程法,通過有限元法計(jì)算并結(jié)合實(shí)驗(yàn)測(cè)試分析了變換器同向振動(dòng)的共振頻率與其縱向及橫向尺寸的變化規(guī)律。研究表明,變換器做同向振動(dòng)時(shí)的共振頻率隨其縱向尺寸的增加而減小,隨其橫向尺寸的增加而增大;比較三種方法計(jì)算結(jié)果可知,本文給出的等效電路模型計(jì)算結(jié)果和有限元仿真結(jié)果均與實(shí)驗(yàn)測(cè)試結(jié)果相吻合,為該類超聲振動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)提供較為精確的設(shè)計(jì)理論。
