從含鍺氧化鋅煙塵中提取鋅鍺

【摘要】:以氧化鋅煙塵為原料、硫酸為浸出劑,研究了含鍺氧化鋅煙塵的浸出過程。最佳工藝條件為:煙塵用量50g、硫酸用量20mL、反應(yīng)溫度80℃、反應(yīng)時(shí)間2h、液固比4妣1,在該條件下,鋅、鍺的浸出率分別為89.12%和89.75%。將浸出液的pH調(diào)至2.5,在沉淀溫度60℃,攪拌時(shí)間30min的條件下,采用浸出液中鍺量40倍的單寧酸進(jìn)行沉鍺,鍺的沉淀率達(dá)97.2%,得到含鍺0.809%的單寧渣,該沉淀渣在600℃灼燒1h后得到品位為14.55%的鍺精礦。沉鍺后液可返回鋅生產(chǎn)。
