【摘要】:在過去數(shù)十年中,有機(jī)光電子在基礎(chǔ)研究和產(chǎn)業(yè)化方面取得了巨大的發(fā)展,主要?dú)w因于有機(jī)光電子器件的可溶液加工、可印刷性、柔性、低成本和大面積制備等獨(dú)特的優(yōu)勢。團(tuán)隊(duì)主要致力于發(fā)展并制備高性能的有機(jī)半導(dǎo)體應(yīng)用于有機(jī)光電子器件。首先闡述了高性能有機(jī)半導(dǎo)體材料應(yīng)用于有機(jī)發(fā)光二極管、有機(jī)激光、存儲(chǔ)器、化學(xué)/生物傳感的最新進(jìn)展,然后將進(jìn)一步介紹了獲得國際認(rèn)可的有機(jī)半導(dǎo)體p-n能帶調(diào)控理論。
