LED圓筒太陽(yáng)花散熱器設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)驗(yàn)

【摘要】:為了提高發(fā)光二極管(LED)的散熱能力,基于煙囪效應(yīng),在傳統(tǒng)太陽(yáng)花散熱器外側(cè)加裝圓筒壁,形成特殊的煙囪結(jié)構(gòu)。運(yùn)用Solidworks軟件構(gòu)建三維模型,用其插件Flow Simulation進(jìn)行熱仿真,并以散熱器翅片數(shù)12個(gè)、最大直徑70mm、高度40mm為基礎(chǔ)模型參數(shù),進(jìn)行優(yōu)化研究。研究表明,在翅片數(shù)為20個(gè)、最大直徑為85mm、高度為65mm時(shí),LED圓筒太陽(yáng)花散熱器的散熱效果最好。此時(shí),LED的最高溫度為48.98℃,比優(yōu)化前降低了13.05℃。當(dāng)功率為8,12,16,19W時(shí),LED芯片的最高溫度都滿足LED工作的安全要求。對(duì)功率為8W的LED散熱器樣品的實(shí)驗(yàn)測(cè)試結(jié)果表明,4個(gè)監(jiān)測(cè)點(diǎn)的實(shí)際溫度與仿真所得溫度的平均誤差為4.8%,在允許范圍內(nèi),驗(yàn)證了研究的正確性。在功率為32 W時(shí),配備圓筒太陽(yáng)花散熱器的芯片最高溫度仍滿足低于125℃的技術(shù)要求,并比配備傳統(tǒng)太陽(yáng)花散熱器的芯片溫度低6.44℃。所設(shè)計(jì)的LED圓筒太陽(yáng)花散熱器為解決大功率LED散熱問(wèn)題提供了一個(gè)新的途徑。
