高精度雙干涉光路調(diào)頻連續(xù)波激光絕對(duì)測(cè)距系統(tǒng)

【摘要】:調(diào)頻連續(xù)波激光測(cè)距具有無盲區(qū)、非接觸測(cè)量和絕對(duì)測(cè)距等優(yōu)點(diǎn),但是由于可調(diào)諧激光器光頻率調(diào)制非線性對(duì)其測(cè)量精度的影響,限制了調(diào)頻連續(xù)波激光測(cè)距在精密測(cè)量領(lǐng)域中的應(yīng)用。針對(duì)調(diào)頻連續(xù)波激光測(cè)距中測(cè)距精度受到激光器光頻率調(diào)制非線性的影響,提出了雙干涉光路調(diào)頻連續(xù)波激光測(cè)距方法,利用兩個(gè)干涉系統(tǒng)得到的干涉條紋數(shù)量的比值計(jì)算得到被測(cè)目標(biāo)的距離,消除了激光器光頻率調(diào)制非線性對(duì)測(cè)距精度的影響,實(shí)現(xiàn)了65μm的測(cè)量分辨率和15μm的重復(fù)測(cè)量精度。該方法無需對(duì)激光的波長(zhǎng)進(jìn)行測(cè)量,也無需對(duì)激光器進(jìn)行鎖頻,系統(tǒng)組成簡(jiǎn)單,在工業(yè)大尺寸測(cè)量、空間技術(shù)、測(cè)繪等領(lǐng)域有著廣闊的應(yīng)用前景。
[Abstract]:Frequency modulation continuous wave laser ranging has the advantages of no blind area, non-contact measurement and absolute ranging, but because of the influence of nonlinear optical frequency modulation of tunable lasers on its measurement accuracy, the application of frequency modulation continuous wave laser ranging in the field of precision measurement is limited. In view of the influence of the nonlinear optical frequency modulation of the laser on the ranging accuracy of FM continuous wave laser ranging, a double interference optical path FM continuous wave laser ranging method is proposed. The distance of the measured target is calculated by using the ratio of the number of interference fringes obtained by the two interference systems, which eliminates the influence of the nonlinear optical frequency modulation of the laser device on the ranging accuracy, and realizes the measurement resolution of 65 渭 m and the repeated measurement accuracy of 15 渭 m. This method does not need to measure the wavelength of the laser, nor does it need to lock the frequency of the laser. The system composition is simple. It has a broad application prospect in the fields of industrial large-scale measurement, space technology, surveying and mapping.
