【摘要】：介紹了PCB微鉆的生產(chǎn)工藝流程及焊接結(jié)構(gòu)形式,對近年來出現(xiàn)的新型PCB微鉆(如單槽、單刃、子母刃、多刃等微鉆)的特點及建模流程進行了闡述,為相關(guān)工程技術(shù)人員提供研究參考。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the production process and welding structure of PCB micro drill, and expounds the characteristics and modeling flow of new PCB micro drill (such as single slot, single edge, child mother edge, multi edge micro drill, etc.), which provides research reference for relevant engineers and technicians.
