Virtex-6 FPGA的eMMC控制器設(shè)計

【摘要】：介紹了eMMC芯片的技術(shù)特點、工作原理,以及控制器的設(shè)計方案。該設(shè)計基于Xilinx公司的Virtex-6系列FPGA芯片,實現(xiàn)了控制器的設(shè)計方案,并給出了仿真結(jié)果,驗證了該設(shè)計方案的可行性。此外,該設(shè)計均采用硬件邏輯實現(xiàn),具有速度快、通用性強、可靠性高的特點。
[Abstract]:The technical characteristics, working principle and controller design of eMMC chip are introduced. The design is based on the Virtex-6 series FPGA chip of Xilinx company, and the design scheme of the controller is realized, and the simulation results are given to verify the feasibility of the design scheme. In addition, the design is realized by hardware logic, which has the characteristics of fast speed, strong generality and high reliability.
