面向廣色域白光LED應(yīng)用的合金化綠光量子點(diǎn)研究

【摘要】:色域范圍是顯示器件性能的重要參數(shù),量子點(diǎn)材料具有優(yōu)異的發(fā)光性能,具有量子效率高、發(fā)光波長(zhǎng)連續(xù)可調(diào)、半峰寬窄等特點(diǎn),在提高顯示器件的色域方面具有突出優(yōu)勢(shì)。經(jīng)過(guò)多年的發(fā)展,基于量子點(diǎn)的背光源技術(shù)已經(jīng)開始產(chǎn)業(yè)化,量子點(diǎn)背光液晶電視已經(jīng)問(wèn)世,正在進(jìn)入推廣和擴(kuò)大階段。然而量子點(diǎn)技術(shù)在材料和工藝等方面仍然存在很多工程問(wèn)題,例如:量子點(diǎn)合成工藝復(fù)雜,還有很大的優(yōu)化空間;與應(yīng)用相關(guān)的量子點(diǎn)熱穩(wěn)定性研究報(bào)道較少;與量子點(diǎn)匹配的封裝工藝還不成熟,目前采用的轉(zhuǎn)光膜或插入式的溶液都存在明顯的設(shè)計(jì)缺陷。本論文以面向廣色域白光LED應(yīng)用的合金化綠光量子點(diǎn)為對(duì)象,開展了以合金化CdxZn1-xSeyS1-y量子點(diǎn)的包覆方法、熱穩(wěn)定性及白光LED應(yīng)用的研究。主要結(jié)果如下:(1)合金化CdxZn1-xSeyS1-y和CdxZn1-xSeyS1-y/ZnS量子點(diǎn)制備工藝的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)。采用高溫注入合成法制備了CdxZn1-xSeyS1-y量子點(diǎn)并研究了波長(zhǎng)、半峰寬和熒光強(qiáng)度隨時(shí)間變化關(guān)系。通過(guò)比較不同包覆條件如:包覆溫度、包覆次數(shù)和包覆材料中硫醇的種類,得到了最優(yōu)的包覆規(guī)律:采用十二硫醇作為包覆材料的硫源,低溫包覆多次或先低溫后高溫包覆多次。通過(guò)改變制備方法可以得到不同殼層厚度,能帶結(jié)構(gòu)的不同量子效率為90%、波長(zhǎng)為510-540nm、半峰寬小于35nm的材料。(2)合金化CdxZn1-xSeyS1-y和CdxZn1-xSeyS1-y/ZnS量子點(diǎn)熱穩(wěn)定性的研究。在材料制備的上,比較不同殼層厚度,合金化梯度不同,厚殼層與既有梯度化又有薄殼層量子點(diǎn)的熱穩(wěn)定性。根據(jù)理論分析提出了熱淬滅模型,并發(fā)現(xiàn)殼層厚度越厚,合金化梯度化越緩或兩者都有的量子點(diǎn)材料具有高的熱淬滅溫度。(3)與K2SiF6:Mn(KSF)配合制備應(yīng)用于廣色域白光LED的器件。在材料制備的基礎(chǔ)上,采用雙色:綠色CdxZn1-xSeyS1-y/ZnS量子點(diǎn),紅色K2SiF6:Mn(KSF)的策略,研究了CdxZn1-xSeyS1-y/ZnS量子點(diǎn)波長(zhǎng)對(duì)白光LED器件色域的影響。采用波長(zhǎng)為515nm,半峰寬為32nm的綠光量子點(diǎn)材料與KSF配合,制得高流明效率(35~60 lm/W)、色域?yàn)?20%,匹配度為100%的白光LED。
[Abstract]:Gamut range is an important parameter to display the performance of the device. Quantum dot materials have excellent luminous properties, high quantum efficiency, continuously adjustable luminous wavelength, narrow half peak width and so on. QDs have outstanding advantages in improving the color gamut of display devices. After years of development, the backlight technology based on quantum dots has begun to industrialization, quantum dot backlight liquid crystal TV has come out, is entering the stage of promotion and expansion. However, there are still many engineering problems in the material and process of quantum dot technology, such as: the synthesis process of quantum dots is complex and there is still a lot of room for optimization, and there are few reports on the thermal stability of quantum dots related to applications. The packaging technology matching quantum dots is not yet mature, and there are obvious design defects in the light conversion film or plug-in solution used at present. In this paper, the coating method, thermal stability and white LED application of alloyed green light quantum dots for wide-color white LED applications are studied. The main results are as follows: (1) the optimal design of the preparation process of alloyed CdxZn1-xSeyS1-y and CdxZn1-xSeyS1-y/ZnS quantum dots. CdxZn1-xSeyS1-y quantum dots were prepared by high temperature injection synthesis and the relationship between wavelength, half peak width and fluorescence intensity with time was studied. By comparing the different coating conditions, such as coating temperature, coating times and the types of mercaptan in the coating material, the optimal coating law was obtained: dodecyl mercaptan was used as the sulfur source of the coating material. Low temperature coating many times or first low temperature and then high temperature coating many times. By changing the preparation method, different shell thickness can be obtained, the different quantum efficiency of energy band structure is 90%, and the wavelength is 510 鈮,
