電子回旋脈塞電子光學系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:傳統(tǒng)的的微波真空器件由于其結(jié)構(gòu)和工作機理等原因的影響,在毫米波段的研究上受到了很大的限制。而以電子回旋脈塞的不穩(wěn)定性為機理的回旋器件,則能夠在這個頻段產(chǎn)生高增益和高功率的脈沖信號。所以,由于回旋管具有高功率和高效率等優(yōu)點,其在毫米波科學技術(shù)的領域中擁有了廣闊的發(fā)展前景。毫米波的頻段位于紅外和微波之間,與普通的微波系統(tǒng)相比,毫米波系統(tǒng)易于集成,在軍事和工業(yè)發(fā)展上發(fā)揮著重要作用。近些年以來,回旋管的研究受到國際上的廣泛關(guān)注,美國、英國、德國、俄羅斯、法國、日本及瑞士等國家在回旋管的研究中投入了大量精力,我國的相關(guān)科研機構(gòu)也一直在對其進行研究。磁控注入式電子槍是回旋管重要的組成部分,對磁控電子槍的研究也是回旋管設計的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)之一。本文著重對磁控注入式電子槍進行了研究,并用粒子模擬軟件對其進行仿真優(yōu)化。并對影響電子注性能的主要參數(shù)進行了詳細分析計算,為電子槍的設計提供了理論依據(jù)。本論文主要內(nèi)容如下:1、從電動力學和電磁場的基本理論出發(fā),詳細闡述了電子光學系統(tǒng)的理論基礎以及計算方法。2、具體探討了磁控注式入電子槍的基本工作原理,并對電子槍系統(tǒng)作了詳細的分析。介紹了電子槍的設計思路與優(yōu)化方法,對磁控電子槍的初始設計進行了詳細的討論。3、對電子槍進行仿真計算和優(yōu)化,成功設計出了用于W波段和D波段回旋管的單陽極磁控注入式電子槍,在此基礎上,分析電參數(shù)與結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)對電子注性能的影響,例如電磁場分布和電子槍的電極結(jié)構(gòu)對電子注速度比、速度零散以及引導中心半徑的影響。4、研究了回旋管的收集極系統(tǒng),闡述了收集極的基本工作原理,分析了精確的磁場計算對收集極的影響,最后討論了收集極散焦的實現(xiàn)方法。
[Abstract]:Due to the influence of its structure and working mechanism, the traditional microwave vacuum devices are limited in the study of millimeter band. The cyclotron device, which is based on the instability of electron cyclotron maser, can generate high gain and high power pulse signals in this frequency band. Therefore, because of the advantages of high power and high efficiency, gyroscope has a broad development prospect in the field of millimeter wave science and technology. The frequency band of millimeter wave is located between infrared and microwave. Compared with ordinary microwave system, millimeter wave system is easy to integrate and plays an important role in military and industrial development. In recent years, the study of gyroscope has attracted extensive attention in the world. The United States, Britain, Germany, Russia, France, Japan, Switzerland and other countries have invested a lot of energy in the study of gyroscope. The relevant scientific research institutions in our country have been studying it all the time. Magnetron injection electron gun is an important part of gyrocyclone, and the research of magnetron electron gun is also one of the key technologies in the design of gyro tube. In this paper, the magnetron injection electron gun is studied and optimized by particle simulation software. The main parameters affecting the performance of electron beam are analyzed and calculated in detail, which provides a theoretical basis for the design of electron gun. The main contents of this paper are as follows: 1. Based on the basic theory of electrodynamics and electromagnetic field, the theoretical basis and calculation method of electron-optical system are described in detail. 2, the basic working principle of magnetron injection electron gun is discussed in detail. The electron gun system is analyzed in detail. The design idea and optimization method of electron gun are introduced, and the initial design of magnetic control electron gun is discussed in detail. 3, the simulation calculation and optimization of electron gun are carried out. A single anode magnetron injection electron gun for W-band and D-band gyroscopes is successfully designed. On this basis, the effects of electrical and structural parameters on the performance of electron beam are analyzed. For example, the influence of electromagnetic field distribution and electrode structure of electron gun on electron beam velocity ratio, velocity dispersion and guiding center radius. 4. The collector system of gyrocyclone is studied, and the basic working principle of collector is expounded. The influence of accurate magnetic field calculation on the collector is analyzed, and the realization method of defocusing of the collector is discussed at last.
