寬動態(tài)范圍紅外輻射測量系統(tǒng)快速定標(biāo)算法

【摘要】:紅外輻射測量系統(tǒng)的寬動態(tài)范圍定標(biāo)通常是在多個溫度點下,設(shè)置多個積分時間并適當(dāng)加入衰減片的方式實現(xiàn)的。其不僅效率低、耗時長、成本高且影響整個紅外輻射測量系統(tǒng)實時性和機動性。對此,在考慮積分時間的定標(biāo)模型基礎(chǔ)上,提出寬動態(tài)范圍快速定標(biāo)方法。只需調(diào)節(jié)一次積分時間和一次溫度即得到寬動態(tài)范圍任意積分時間的定標(biāo)方程。利用Φ400 mm紅外輻射測量系統(tǒng)對快速定標(biāo)方法的定標(biāo)精度、測量精度進(jìn)行驗證。實驗結(jié)果表明:快速定標(biāo)方法與直接定標(biāo)結(jié)果之間最大誤差為2.75%,該方法外場測量時最大輻射測量誤差為11.69%,相比傳統(tǒng)輻射測量最大誤差不超過1.52%。說明快速定標(biāo)方法能有效地保證系統(tǒng)輻射定標(biāo)精度,提高輻射測量系統(tǒng)的定標(biāo)效率,縮短定標(biāo)時間,實現(xiàn)對系統(tǒng)寬動態(tài)范圍任意積分時間的定標(biāo)。整個輻射測量過程實時性好,操作簡單、易實現(xiàn)且可靠性高,適應(yīng)針對外場條件下紅外輻射特性測量系統(tǒng)的要求,外場測量結(jié)果也說明快速定標(biāo)可以直接應(yīng)用于靶場目標(biāo)的紅外輻射測量任務(wù)中。
[Abstract]:The wide dynamic range calibration of infrared radiometric measurement system is usually realized by setting multiple integration time and adding attenuation plate properly at multiple temperature points. It is not only low efficiency, long time-consuming, high cost, but also affects the real-time and mobility of the whole infrared radiation measurement system. In this paper, a fast calibration method with wide dynamic range is proposed on the basis of the calibration model considering the integration time. The calibration equation of arbitrary integration time in a wide dynamic range can be obtained by adjusting the integration time and temperature once. The calibration accuracy and measurement accuracy of the fast calibration method are verified by 桅 400 mm infrared radiometric measurement system. The experimental results show that the maximum error between the rapid calibration method and the direct calibration result is 2.75%, and the maximum radiation measurement error is 11.69% in the external field measurement, which is less than 1.52% compared with the traditional radiometric measurement. It is shown that the fast calibration method can effectively ensure the accuracy of the system radiation calibration, improve the calibration efficiency of the radiation measurement system, shorten the calibration time, and realize the calibration of arbitrary integral time in the wide dynamic range of the system. The whole radiation measurement process has the advantages of good real-time performance, simple operation, easy realization and high reliability, which can meet the requirements of infrared radiation characteristic measurement system under the condition of external field. The field measurement results also show that the fast calibration can be applied directly to the infrared radiation measurement of the target in the target range.
