共線和非共線模式下單光子探測(cè)器定標(biāo)比對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:采用相關(guān)光子法定標(biāo)單光子探測(cè)器的量子效率對(duì)提高光學(xué)載荷的輻射定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)確度具有重要意義.利用355nm連續(xù)激光泵浦BBO晶體產(chǎn)生Ⅰ類自發(fā)參量下轉(zhuǎn)換,在共線和非共線兩種相位匹配模式下分別測(cè)量了單光子探測(cè)器雪崩光電二極管在736nm波段的量子效率.結(jié)果表明,共線和非共線兩種模式測(cè)量結(jié)果的合成不確定度分別為0.71%和0.39%,相對(duì)偏差均優(yōu)于0.4%,這兩種模式都可以定標(biāo)探測(cè)器量子效率,且具有很好的一致性.最后比較了兩種模式定標(biāo)探測(cè)器量子效率的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),該研究為以后利用相關(guān)光子法對(duì)遙感器進(jìn)行輻射定標(biāo)提供了晶體相位匹配模式選擇的依據(jù).
