基于復(fù)合腔的波長可調(diào)諧連續(xù)橙紅色激光器

【摘要】:設(shè)計并研制了一種基于復(fù)合腔結(jié)構(gòu)的波長可調(diào)諧、瓦級連續(xù)輸出的橙紅色激光器.該激光器是由半導(dǎo)體激光側(cè)泵Nd∶GdVO_4晶體產(chǎn)生p-偏振1 062.9nm基頻光的諧振腔和使用周期性極化晶體MgO∶PPLN(三個極化周期為29.0μm、29.8μm和30.8μm)的單共振光學(xué)參量振蕩器組成.在兩個諧振腔的重疊區(qū)域,利用Ⅱ類臨界相位匹配KTP晶體對s-偏振信號光與p-偏振1 062.9nm基頻光進(jìn)行腔內(nèi)和頻.通過對MgO∶PPLN晶體進(jìn)行三個不同極化周期的調(diào)諧和30℃~200℃范圍內(nèi)的溫度調(diào)諧,在三個波段(613.4~619.2nm@29.0μm、620.2~628.9nm@29.8μm和634.4~649.1nm@30.8μm)獲得了波長可調(diào)諧的橙紅色激光連續(xù)輸出,并在相應(yīng)波段(3 980.0~3 758.5nm@29.0μm、3 714.2~3 438.3nm@29.8μm和3 278.0~2 940.2nm@30.8μm)獲得了波長可調(diào)諧的中紅外閑頻光的連續(xù)輸出.在30℃最低調(diào)諧溫度,通過改變晶體的極化周期,在613.4nm、620.2nm和634.4nm處測得最大連續(xù)輸出功率分別為1.52 W、2.21 W和3.03 W,對應(yīng)的三束閑頻光最大連續(xù)輸出功率分別為2.36 W@3 980.0nm、3.17 W@3 714.2nm和4.13 W@3 278.0nm.
