基于.NET平臺的LED光電參數(shù)測量系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)
[Abstract]:Improving the measurement accuracy and efficiency of optical and electrical parameters of LED is of great significance to ensure the quality of LED products and meet the market demand. According to the actual production of LED in the enterprise, a hardware and software design scheme of a fast measurement system for (COB) photoelectric parameters on LED/ board based on. Net platform is presented in this paper. The system realizes LED/COB multi-specification measurement through the replaceable structure, realizes on-line measurement by interacting with the upper production process execution system (MES) system or enterprise resource planning (ERP) system data. The rapid measurement is realized by the cooperation of the independent moving parts of the equipment, and the simultaneous measurement of the full spectrum is realized by the corresponding relationship between the (CCD) pixels and the LED wavelength of the linear charge-coupled element in the spectrometer. By processing the measured data, the automatic sorting of photoelectric and chrominance parameters based on LED is realized. The experimental results show that the system can effectively improve the accuracy and efficiency of LED photoelectric parameter measurement.
