金融IC卡可信服務(wù)管理的研究和應(yīng)用

【摘要】:近年來,借助IC卡技術(shù)的移動(dòng)支付業(yè)務(wù)開始興起,各種IC卡充斥著人們的生活,大量卡片的攜帶開始成為負(fù)擔(dān),市場(chǎng)對(duì)一卡多用的需求快速增長。2011年,中國人民銀行發(fā)布《中國人民銀行關(guān)于推進(jìn)金融IC卡應(yīng)用工作的意見》開啟了我國金融IC卡時(shí)代。隨著PBOC3.0規(guī)范的發(fā)布,擴(kuò)展應(yīng)用功能的加入,極大提升了金融IC卡在地鐵、公交等公共服務(wù)領(lǐng)域一卡多用的能力和優(yōu)勢(shì)。然而,當(dāng)下卻還沒有一種便捷的方式,使得不同的服務(wù)提供商可以快速地接入到金融IC卡擴(kuò)展應(yīng)用中并提供相應(yīng)的服務(wù),這便是本文所要解決的問題。本文首先研究了以Java Card為代表的智能卡相關(guān)技術(shù)及其特點(diǎn),研究了Java Card的系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)、文件結(jié)構(gòu)以及信息交互的方式,并對(duì)近場(chǎng)通訊技術(shù)與DES加密技術(shù)進(jìn)行了研究,然后對(duì)PBOC3.0擴(kuò)展應(yīng)用規(guī)范進(jìn)行了深入的研究,包括擴(kuò)展應(yīng)用個(gè)人化的要求、擴(kuò)展應(yīng)用安全性的要求和卡片擴(kuò)展應(yīng)用指令,最后基于上述研究結(jié)果,創(chuàng)造性地設(shè)計(jì)出一套針對(duì)金融IC卡擴(kuò)展應(yīng)用的金融IC卡可信服務(wù)管理平臺(tái)框架,并對(duì)該框架進(jìn)行了實(shí)現(xiàn)。本文的主要工作及貢獻(xiàn)有:1.研究并設(shè)計(jì)出基于金融IC卡擴(kuò)展應(yīng)用的具有應(yīng)用管理功能、安全管理功能、卡片管理功能以及用戶體系管理功能的金融IC卡可信服務(wù)管理平臺(tái)框架;2.通過一個(gè)實(shí)際項(xiàng)目對(duì)該平臺(tái)框架的具體實(shí)現(xiàn)進(jìn)行描述;3.接入實(shí)際的服務(wù)提供商并運(yùn)用于現(xiàn)實(shí)生活,驗(yàn)證了該平臺(tái)框架設(shè)計(jì)的有效性。
[Abstract]:In recent years, mobile payment business with the help of IC card technology began to rise, a variety of IC cards are full of people's lives, a large number of cards are beginning to become a burden, the market demand for one card is growing rapidly. In 2011, The people's Bank of China issued the opinion of the people's Bank of China on promoting the application of financial IC cards, which opened up the era of financial IC cards in China. With the release of PBOC3.0 specification and the addition of extended application function, the capability and advantage of financial IC card in the field of public service such as subway, bus and so on are greatly improved. However, at present, there is no convenient way for different service providers to quickly access to the financial IC card extension applications and provide corresponding services, which is the problem to be solved in this paper. In this paper, the technology and characteristics of smart card represented by Java Card are studied firstly, the system structure, file structure and information exchange mode of Java Card are studied, and the near-field communication technology and DES encryption technology are studied. Then the extended application specification of PBOC3.0 is deeply studied, including the requirements of personalization, security and instruction of the extended application. Finally, based on the results of the above-mentioned research, this paper makes a deep research on the extended application specification. A financial IC card trusted service management platform framework for the extended application of financial IC card is designed creatively, and the framework is implemented. The main work and contributions of this paper are as follows: 1. This paper studies and designs the framework of trusted service management platform of financial IC card with application management function, security management function, card management function and user system management function based on the extended application of financial IC card. Describe the concrete implementation of the platform framework through a practical project; 3. Access to the actual service provider and use in real life, verify the effectiveness of the platform framework design.
