基于LabVIEW的編碼器信號自動補(bǔ)償系統(tǒng)開發(fā)

【摘要】:隨著我國現(xiàn)代工業(yè)技術(shù)的蓬勃發(fā)展,制造業(yè)水平的不斷提高,工業(yè)、醫(yī)療、航空航天等行業(yè)對測控系統(tǒng)有了更高的要求。作為測控系統(tǒng)組成的關(guān)鍵元器件,編碼器分辨力和計數(shù)精度直接影響測控系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行的精準(zhǔn)性。國內(nèi)對編碼器信號的處理及補(bǔ)償多集中在編碼器偏心調(diào)整和信號電子學(xué)細(xì)分兩個方向,有關(guān)采用編碼器輸出信號自動補(bǔ)償技術(shù)提高編碼器測控精度的研究較少,這已成為進(jìn)一步提高編碼器性能研究中亟需解決的問題。 本文在系統(tǒng)研究編碼器工作原理的基礎(chǔ)上,深入分析了編碼器輸出信號的誤差來源,以實現(xiàn)補(bǔ)償信號高效率、高精度、穩(wěn)定性好、操作簡便為目的,研制并開發(fā)了JKW-1型編碼器輸出信號自動補(bǔ)償系統(tǒng)。 針對編碼器信號獲取易出現(xiàn)偏差、裝夾效率低、驅(qū)動轉(zhuǎn)速得不到保證等問題,設(shè)計了專用編碼器模擬工作控制臺,以達(dá)到編碼器主體無損傷裝夾、信號穩(wěn)定輸出、減小信號誤差的目的。根據(jù)編碼器數(shù)據(jù)傳輸流程,研制了編碼器輸出信號自動補(bǔ)償系統(tǒng)工作平臺,運(yùn)用TCP/IP通信和BISS通信結(jié)合的方式,實現(xiàn)了編碼器輸出信號參數(shù)的判斷、補(bǔ)償和寫入。 針對人工補(bǔ)償信號方法的過程繁雜、效率低、可靠性低、精度不穩(wěn)定等不足,以減小信號波動等非線性誤差對編碼器補(bǔ)償過程的影響為目的,采用徑向基神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)算法,建立了包含通信模塊、信號處理模塊、信號補(bǔ)償模塊、信號標(biāo)定模塊及軟件輔助模塊等,,可滿足編碼器主碼道(M碼道)、節(jié)碼道(S碼道)、游標(biāo)碼道(N碼道)的信號幅值、相位、偏移量的誤差調(diào)整要求的編碼器輸出信號誤差補(bǔ)償系統(tǒng)。 實驗結(jié)果表明,自主開發(fā)的編碼器信號自動補(bǔ)償系統(tǒng)可以滿足信號參數(shù)的補(bǔ)償要求,補(bǔ)償結(jié)果穩(wěn)定性好。采用信號自動補(bǔ)償方法,提高編碼器信號的補(bǔ)償效率和補(bǔ)償精度,補(bǔ)償結(jié)果相較于人工補(bǔ)償更接近于理想信號誤差。本文所采用的編碼器信號補(bǔ)償方法和研制的補(bǔ)償系統(tǒng),對進(jìn)一步提高編碼器信號質(zhì)量有重要的實用價值與現(xiàn)實意義。
[Abstract]:With the vigorous development of modern industrial technology and the continuous improvement of manufacturing industry, industries such as industry, medical treatment, aerospace and other industries have higher requirements for measurement and control system. As the key components of the measurement and control system, the resolution and counting precision of the encoder directly affect the precision of the measurement and control system. In our country, the processing and compensation of encoder signal mostly focus on the adjustment of encoder eccentricity and the subdivision of signal electronics. There is little research on how to improve the measurement and control accuracy of encoder by using encoder output signal automatic compensation technology. This has become an urgent problem to be solved in the research of further improving the performance of encoders. In this paper, on the basis of systematic research on the principle of encoder, the error source of encoder output signal is deeply analyzed in order to realize high efficiency, high precision, good stability and easy operation of compensation signal. The automatic compensation system of JKW- 1 encoder output signal is developed and developed. Aiming at the problems such as easy deviation of encoder signal acquisition, low clamping efficiency and unguaranteed driving speed, a special encoder simulation working console is designed to achieve the encoder main body without damage and clamp, and the signal output is stable. The purpose of reducing signal error. According to the data transmission flow of encoder, the working platform of encoder output signal automatic compensation system is developed. Using the combination of TCP/IP communication and BISS communication, the judgement, compensation and writing of encoder output signal parameters are realized. In order to reduce the influence of nonlinear error, such as signal fluctuation, on the compensation process of encoder, the radial basis function neural network algorithm is adopted in order to reduce the complexity, low efficiency, low reliability and unstable precision of the artificial compensation signal method. It includes communication module, signal processing module, signal compensation module, signal calibration module and software assistant module, which can meet the encoder main code channel (M code channel), section code channel (S code channel), etc. Error compensation system of encoder output signal is required for error adjustment of signal amplitude, phase and offset of Vernier code channel (N code channel). The experimental results show that the self-developed encoder signal automatic compensation system can meet the demand of signal parameter compensation and the compensation result is stable. The compensation efficiency and precision of encoder signal are improved by the method of signal automatic compensation. The compensation result is closer to the ideal signal error than manual compensation. The method of encoder signal compensation and the compensation system developed in this paper have important practical value and practical significance to further improve the quality of encoder signal.
