基于QFD的LED背光模組組裝工序改進(jìn)研究

【摘要】:R公司屬于制造型企業(yè),生產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)品主要是手機(jī)、筆記本電腦等電子產(chǎn)品的背光模組。背光模組(B/L)作為面板的關(guān)鍵零件之一,其加工質(zhì)量決定了面板的質(zhì)量。在激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中,該公司正面臨著客戶(hù)抱怨與量產(chǎn)不足的巨大挑戰(zhàn)。本文結(jié)合R公司背光模組的生產(chǎn)組裝過(guò)程,基于QFD對(duì)其顧客需求進(jìn)行了分析研究,并將這些需求轉(zhuǎn)換到B/L產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)和組裝的各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié),找出影響B(tài)/L產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量和量產(chǎn)的關(guān)鍵工藝流程和工序并進(jìn)行改進(jìn),從而提高其產(chǎn)品的用戶(hù)滿(mǎn)意度和增強(qiáng)企業(yè)的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。本文主要研究成果如下:1)建立了背光模組的QFD瀑布式分解模型。提出了集成基于KANO模型、客戶(hù)關(guān)系管理、技術(shù)人員的技術(shù)指標(biāo)提供和產(chǎn)品協(xié)同開(kāi)發(fā)鏈的中間產(chǎn)品用戶(hù)需求獲取方法,基于模糊聚類(lèi)方法對(duì)收集的背光模組用戶(hù)需求進(jìn)行了分級(jí)和分類(lèi)處理;提出了基于隱馬爾科夫鏈的顧客需求重要度測(cè)量和預(yù)測(cè)方法;基于需求本體相似度方法獲取了LED背光模組的技術(shù)需求列表。建立了背光模組的質(zhì)量規(guī)劃質(zhì)量屋、工藝規(guī)劃質(zhì)量屋和關(guān)鍵工序質(zhì)量屋,分析和找出了影響B(tài)/L顧客需求的產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量和量產(chǎn)的關(guān)鍵因素為清潔不良和點(diǎn)燈治具效率過(guò)低。2)通過(guò)R企業(yè)背光模組裝配流程的分析,基于QFD辨識(shí)的點(diǎn)燈治具效率過(guò)低關(guān)鍵質(zhì)量影響因素,提出了低成本高效率治具的改進(jìn)方案,將原有的每條產(chǎn)線(xiàn)一個(gè)點(diǎn)燈治具工位改進(jìn)成最多可以有4個(gè)點(diǎn)燈工位,不僅使點(diǎn)燈效率提高,而且使成本得到有效控制,提高了安全等級(jí)。3)在分析R企業(yè)清潔工序的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了自動(dòng)化的清潔工序方案設(shè)計(jì),取代原有的手工取放膜片和撕膜工序由自動(dòng)機(jī)械完成。分析了自動(dòng)化清潔工序的技術(shù)要求,并繪制了清潔自動(dòng)化工序機(jī)構(gòu)的工作循環(huán)圖。并對(duì)清潔自動(dòng)化工序中的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)如吸取裝置、運(yùn)送裝置和撕膜裝置進(jìn)行了運(yùn)動(dòng)路線(xiàn)分析和改進(jìn)設(shè)計(jì),該設(shè)計(jì)方案可解放人工,實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)化,提高清潔效率和清潔質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:R company is a manufacturing enterprise, the main products are mobile phones, notebook computers and other electronic products backlight module. As one of the key parts of the panel, the backlight module (B / L) determines the quality of the panel. In the fierce market competition, the company is facing customer complaints and insufficient production. This paper analyzes and studies the customer demand of R Company backlight module based on QFD combined with the assembly process of backlight module, and converts these requirements to every link of B / L product production and assembly. The key processes and processes affecting the quality and mass production of B / L products are found out and improved, so as to improve the customer satisfaction of the products and enhance the market competitiveness of the enterprises. The main research results are as follows: 1) the QFD waterfall decomposition model of backlight module is established. Based on KANO model, customer relationship management (CRM), technical specifications of technicians and product collaborative development chain, a method for obtaining intermediate product user requirements is proposed. Based on the fuzzy clustering method, the user needs of the collected backlight modules are classified and classified. A method of customer requirement importance measurement and prediction based on Hidden Markov chain is proposed, and the technical requirement list of LED backlight module is obtained based on requirement ontology similarity method. The quality planning quality room, process planning quality room and key process quality room of backlight module are established. The key factors affecting the product quality and mass production of B / L customer demand are poor cleaning and low efficiency of lighting tools. 2) through the analysis of the assembly process of backlight module in R enterprise, the paper analyzes and finds out the key factors that affect the product quality and mass production of B / L customers. Based on the key quality factors of low efficiency of lighting fixture identified by QFD, the improvement scheme of low cost and high efficiency is put forward. One spot for each original production line can be improved to up to 4 lighting stations. Not only the efficiency of lighting is improved, but also the cost is controlled effectively, and the safety grade is improved. 3) on the basis of analyzing the cleaning process in R enterprise, an automatic cleaning procedure scheme is put forward. Replace the original manual film removal and film tearing process by automatic mechanical completion. The technical requirements of the automatic cleaning process are analyzed, and the working cycle diagram of the cleaning automation process mechanism is drawn. The key technologies in the cleaning automation process, such as suction device, transport device and film tearing device, are analyzed and improved. The design scheme can liberate manual work, realize automation, improve cleaning efficiency and clean quality.
