一種寬帶數(shù)控模擬復(fù)相關(guān)器的設(shè)計及實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:介紹了一種加法型增益與偏置可數(shù)字控制的1.5~2.5GHz模擬復(fù)相關(guān)器的設(shè)計原理及實現(xiàn)過程,并分別在點頻與寬帶輸入信號情況下,評估了復(fù)相關(guān)器的等效相關(guān)帶寬與相位的測量精度,以及在不同輸入功率情況下的信噪比。實驗結(jié)果表明,此模擬復(fù)相關(guān)器的增益與偏置可實現(xiàn)數(shù)字自動調(diào)整,在1GHz工作帶寬內(nèi)幅度變化不超過1.5dB,等效相關(guān)噪聲帶寬達到0.905GHz,相位測量精度優(yōu)于2.5°,在輸入功率為-13dBm時,信噪比達到13dB。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the design principle and implementation process of an additive gain and offset digitally controlled 1.5~2.5GHz analog complex correlator. The measurement accuracy of the equivalent correlation bandwidth and phase of the complex correlator and the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) of the complex correlator under different input power are evaluated. The experimental results show that the gain and bias of the analog complex correlator can be adjusted digitally automatically. The amplitude change within the 1GHz bandwidth is not more than 1.5 dB, the equivalent correlation noise bandwidth is 0.905 GHz, and the phase measurement accuracy is better than 2.5 擄. When the input power is-13dBm, the SNR reaches 13 dB.
