微帶可調(diào)濾波器的研究與設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:隨著現(xiàn)代無(wú)線通信技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展,頻率擁擠的問(wèn)題日益突出,為了提高頻譜資源的利用率,擴(kuò)頻、跳頻和動(dòng)態(tài)頻率分配等技術(shù)得到廣泛的應(yīng)用,可調(diào)濾波器作為實(shí)現(xiàn)這些技術(shù)的關(guān)鍵器件也得到越來(lái)越多的研究。小型化、高性能、調(diào)諧速度快、調(diào)諧范圍寬等成為可調(diào)濾波器設(shè)計(jì)的要求。 本文首先介紹了可調(diào)濾波器的研究意義和研究現(xiàn)狀;其次介紹了傳統(tǒng)濾波器的基本原理和綜合方法,為可調(diào)濾波器的設(shè)計(jì)奠定了理論基礎(chǔ)。最后利用可調(diào)濾波器的設(shè)計(jì)理論并結(jié)合可調(diào)濾波器的最新進(jìn)展和應(yīng)用需求,設(shè)計(jì)了兩種不同類(lèi)型的可調(diào)濾波器:具有寬阻帶特性的小型化低通可調(diào)濾波器和絕對(duì)帶寬恒定的可調(diào)濾波器。 基于小型化、寬阻帶的設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo),本文完成了微帶低通/低通可調(diào)濾波器兩種濾波器的設(shè)計(jì)。首先對(duì)階梯阻抗諧振器、三角形諧振器、蝶形諧振器的諧振特性進(jìn)行理論分析,通過(guò)諧振器加載技術(shù)和慢波設(shè)計(jì)形式設(shè)計(jì)了一種結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊并能抑制高次諧波的低通濾波器;其次基于低通可調(diào)濾波器的研究現(xiàn)狀,并結(jié)合對(duì)其的應(yīng)用需求,利用類(lèi)似的方法又設(shè)計(jì)了一種具有寬阻帶特性的小型化低通可調(diào)濾波器。 在絕對(duì)帶寬恒定的可調(diào)濾波器設(shè)計(jì)方面,我們首先對(duì)絕對(duì)帶寬恒定的可調(diào)濾波器的典型設(shè)計(jì)方法進(jìn)行分析總結(jié),并利用奇偶模分析法分析了E型多模可調(diào)諧振器的諧振特性。利用該E型多模可調(diào)諧振器設(shè)計(jì)了絕對(duì)帶寬恒定的小型化可調(diào)濾波器。其次為了解決此濾波器中的一些不足實(shí)現(xiàn)性能更好的可調(diào)濾波器,在此濾波器結(jié)構(gòu)的基礎(chǔ)上作些改進(jìn)從而實(shí)現(xiàn)了另一種類(lèi)型的絕對(duì)帶寬不變的可調(diào)濾波器,并對(duì)該濾波器進(jìn)行加工測(cè)試,驗(yàn)證了設(shè)計(jì)方法的有效性。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of modern wireless communication technology, the problem of frequency congestion has become increasingly prominent. In order to improve the utilization of spectrum resources, spread spectrum, frequency hopping and dynamic frequency allocation technology has been widely used. Tunable filter as the key device to realize these technologies has been studied more and more. Miniaturization, high performance, high tuning speed and wide tuning range are the requirements of tunable filter design. In this paper, the research significance and current situation of tunable filter are introduced firstly, and then the basic principle and synthesis method of traditional filter are introduced, which lays a theoretical foundation for the design of tunable filter. Finally, using the design theory of tunable filter, combined with the latest development and application requirements of tunable filter, Two different types of tunable filters are designed: miniaturized low-pass tunable filters with wide stopband characteristics and tunable filters with constant absolute bandwidth. Based on the design goal of miniaturization and wide stopband, two kinds of microstrip low pass / low pass tunable filters are designed in this paper. Firstly, the resonant characteristics of step impedance resonator, triangular resonator and butterfly resonator are theoretically analyzed. A compact low-pass filter is designed by using the resonator loading technique and slow wave design. Secondly, based on the research status of low pass tunable filter and its application requirements, a miniaturized low pass tunable filter with wide stopband characteristics is designed by using similar methods. In the design of tunable filters with constant absolute bandwidth, we first analyze and summarize the typical design methods of tunable filters with constant absolute bandwidth, and analyze the resonance characteristics of E type multi-mode tunable resonators by using the method of odd-even mode analysis. A miniaturized tunable filter with constant absolute bandwidth is designed by using the E type multimode tunable resonator. Secondly, in order to solve some shortcomings of this filter, the tunable filter with better performance is realized. Based on the structure of the filter, an improvement is made to realize another type of tunable filter with constant absolute bandwidth. The filter is processed and tested to verify the effectiveness of the design method.
