基于第二課堂的電子技術(shù)應(yīng)用型人才培養(yǎng)體系的構(gòu)建與實(shí)踐

【摘要】:企業(yè)對(duì)人才的需求使得地方本科院校必須走應(yīng)用型人才培養(yǎng)的道路。以學(xué)生第二課堂為切入點(diǎn),提出了"一個(gè)平臺(tái)、兩支隊(duì)伍、三層次訓(xùn)練"的電子技術(shù)應(yīng)用型人才培養(yǎng)體系的整體設(shè)計(jì)。從開放創(chuàng)新實(shí)驗(yàn)室軟硬件建設(shè)、指導(dǎo)隊(duì)伍建設(shè)、訓(xùn)練內(nèi)容和指導(dǎo)方式制定等方面深入探討了該培養(yǎng)體系構(gòu)建的具體實(shí)施方案和建設(shè)內(nèi)容。實(shí)踐表明:通過該培養(yǎng)體系的實(shí)施,有效拓展了常規(guī)教學(xué)計(jì)劃內(nèi)的實(shí)踐教學(xué),完善了學(xué)生實(shí)踐技能和專業(yè)能力訓(xùn)練,促進(jìn)了電子技術(shù)應(yīng)用型人才各項(xiàng)品質(zhì)的提升。
[Abstract]:The demand of enterprises for talents makes local colleges and universities must take the road of cultivating applied talents. Taking the second class of students as the starting point, this paper puts forward the overall design of the training system of applied talents of electronic technology based on "one platform, two teams and three levels of training". From the aspects of software and hardware construction of open innovation laboratory, guiding team construction, training content and guidance mode, the concrete implementation scheme and construction content of the training system construction were discussed. The practice shows that through the implementation of the training system, the practical teaching in the routine teaching plan has been effectively expanded, the students' practical skills and professional ability training have been improved, and the quality of applied talents in electronic technology has been promoted.
