基于第二課堂的電子技術應用型人才培養(yǎng)體系的構建與實踐

【摘要】:企業(yè)對人才的需求使得地方本科院校必須走應用型人才培養(yǎng)的道路。以學生第二課堂為切入點,提出了"一個平臺、兩支隊伍、三層次訓練"的電子技術應用型人才培養(yǎng)體系的整體設計。從開放創(chuàng)新實驗室軟硬件建設、指導隊伍建設、訓練內容和指導方式制定等方面深入探討了該培養(yǎng)體系構建的具體實施方案和建設內容。實踐表明:通過該培養(yǎng)體系的實施,有效拓展了常規(guī)教學計劃內的實踐教學,完善了學生實踐技能和專業(yè)能力訓練,促進了電子技術應用型人才各項品質的提升。
[Abstract]:The demand of enterprises for talents makes local colleges and universities must take the road of cultivating applied talents. Taking the second class of students as the starting point, this paper puts forward the overall design of the training system of applied talents of electronic technology based on "one platform, two teams and three levels of training". From the aspects of software and hardware construction of open innovation laboratory, guiding team construction, training content and guidance mode, the concrete implementation scheme and construction content of the training system construction were discussed. The practice shows that through the implementation of the training system, the practical teaching in the routine teaching plan has been effectively expanded, the students' practical skills and professional ability training have been improved, and the quality of applied talents in electronic technology has been promoted.
