自適應(yīng)CCCII-OTA型濾波器的研究

【摘要】:在通訊范疇內(nèi)解除回波、主動(dòng)平衡、構(gòu)成天線陣波,還有好多方面都用到了自適應(yīng)濾波器。所以自適應(yīng)濾波器具有重要的意義,但通過大量國內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)研究之后發(fā)現(xiàn),目前的自適應(yīng)濾波器還存在很多的不足,如處置信號(hào)的速率不快,很低的帶寬,達(dá)不到我們所設(shè)置的自適應(yīng)這個(gè)效果等,考慮出了輸入信號(hào)頻率改變通頻帶,可在較寬的頻率范圍內(nèi)、高速模擬的自適應(yīng)CCCII-OTA型多功能濾波器。需要完成的主要內(nèi)容是:鉆研相關(guān)高性能濾波器的理論知識(shí),利用電流模電路信號(hào)處理速度快、頻帶寬的優(yōu)勢(shì),來設(shè)計(jì)由MCCCII(多輸出電流控制電流傳輸器)與OTA(跨導(dǎo)運(yùn)算放大電路)構(gòu)成的不同結(jié)構(gòu)的濾波器,其中MCCCII為CCCII的多輸出端型。設(shè)計(jì)了(F/I)頻率電流轉(zhuǎn)換電路,解決了現(xiàn)有F/I電路頻率電流轉(zhuǎn)換信號(hào)頻率低、速度慢的問題,最后設(shè)計(jì)了(V/I)電壓電流電路;以上各部分電路有效級(jí)聯(lián)實(shí)現(xiàn)了自適應(yīng)CCCII-OTA濾波器。論文的主要工作概括如下:(1)瀏覽國內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),詳細(xì)研究了自適應(yīng)濾波器的當(dāng)前發(fā)展近況、使用范疇、發(fā)展前景,同時(shí)對(duì)目前階段的模擬自適應(yīng)濾波設(shè)計(jì)方式做了歸納對(duì)照。在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了F/I電路與CCCII-OTA濾波電路構(gòu)成的自適應(yīng)濾波器,實(shí)現(xiàn)了自適應(yīng)CCCII-OTA濾波器跟蹤頻率高、速度快,以及以電流為變量的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。(2)研究了電流模電路的特點(diǎn),并就電流模電路的經(jīng)典電路-電流傳輸器,做了詳細(xì)的鉆研、通過電流傳輸器的研究,得到了CCCII和OTA的基本理論和特性,并運(yùn)用CCCII和OTA的特點(diǎn)設(shè)計(jì)了基本的運(yùn)算電路。(3)主要設(shè)計(jì)了信號(hào)預(yù)處理電路,設(shè)計(jì)了頻率自適應(yīng)電路,頻率自適應(yīng)電路包括整形電路、測頻電路、F/I電路,對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)的電路進(jìn)行了軟件仿真和實(shí)驗(yàn)測量。(4)主要工作是利用MCCCII的特點(diǎn)設(shè)計(jì)了MCCCII型不同輸入不同輸出方式的二階多功能濾波器,同時(shí)結(jié)合OTA的特點(diǎn),設(shè)計(jì)了由MCCCII-OTA型混合二階多功能濾波器。對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)的各種濾波器進(jìn)行了仿真和做出實(shí)物并進(jìn)行測試。本文完成了具有濾波頻率自適應(yīng)功能的CCCII-OTA型濾波器,它實(shí)現(xiàn)了輸入信號(hào)頻率改變通頻帶的動(dòng)態(tài)功能。它可以應(yīng)用在頻率測量、頻率特性分析、諧波分析等信號(hào)檢測領(lǐng)域,具有重要理論意義。
[Abstract]:In the field of communication, the echo is removed, the active balance is active, and the antenna array is formed. In addition, adaptive filters are used in many aspects. So adaptive filter has important significance, but through a lot of domestic and foreign related literature research, it is found that the current adaptive filter still has a lot of shortcomings, such as processing signal rate is not fast, very low bandwidth, The adaptive CCCII-OTA multifunctional filter can be simulated at high speed in a wide frequency range by considering that the input signal frequency can change the frequency band. The main contents to be completed are: to study the theoretical knowledge of high performance filters, to make use of the advantages of fast signal processing speed and frequency bandwidth of current-mode circuits, The filter composed of MCCCII (Multi-output Current-Controlled current conveyor) and OTA (Transconductance operational Amplifier) is designed, in which MCCCII is the multi-output type of CCCII. (F / I) frequency and current conversion circuit is designed to solve the problems of low frequency and slow speed of frequency current conversion signal in existing F / I circuit. Finally, the (V / I) voltage and current circuit is designed. All the circuits are cascaded to realize the adaptive CCCII-OTA filter. The main work of this paper is summarized as follows: (1) reviewing the relevant literature at home and abroad, studying the current development of adaptive filter in detail, using the category, development prospects, At the same time, the design method of analog adaptive filter at present stage is summarized and compared. On this basis, an adaptive filter composed of F / I circuit and CCCII-OTA filter circuit is proposed. The adaptive CCCII-OTA filter has high tracking frequency and high speed. And the advantages of taking current as a variable. (2) the characteristics of current-mode circuits are studied, and the classical current-mode circuit-current conveyer is studied in detail. The basic theory and characteristics of CCCII and OTA are obtained, and the basic operation circuits are designed by using the characteristics of CCCII and OTA. (3) the signal preprocessing circuit and the frequency adaptive circuit are designed, and the frequency adaptive circuit includes the shaping circuit. The frequency measurement circuit and the F / I circuit are simulated and measured by software. (4) the second order multifunctional filter with different input and output modes of MCCCII is designed based on the characteristics of MCCCII. At the same time, combined with the characteristics of OTA, a mixed second order multifunctional filter with MCCCII-OTA type is designed. All kinds of filters are simulated and tested. In this paper, a CCCII-OTA filter with adaptive filter frequency is completed, which realizes the dynamic function of changing the frequency of input signal. It can be used in frequency measurement, frequency characteristic analysis, harmonic analysis and other signal detection fields.
