離軸折反式長(zhǎng)波紅外變焦光學(xué)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,被搜索跟蹤的暗目標(biāo)越來(lái)越多、距離越來(lái)越遠(yuǎn)、速度越來(lái)越快,大大增加了對(duì)目標(biāo)的搜索跟蹤及細(xì)致觀察的難度,因此對(duì)紅外探測(cè)跟蹤系統(tǒng)提出了更高的要求。本文總結(jié)了國(guó)內(nèi)外變焦光學(xué)系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展趨勢(shì),比較了幾種紅外變焦光學(xué)系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),研究了變焦光學(xué)系統(tǒng)的理論。針對(duì)現(xiàn)有的紅外變焦光學(xué)系統(tǒng)的不足,考慮了紅外材料的局限性,采用離軸折反式設(shè)計(jì)了一個(gè)波段范圍為8~12μm,焦距變化范圍為200mm~2000mm,F數(shù)為4的長(zhǎng)波紅外變焦光學(xué)系統(tǒng)。為了保證加工的可行性,對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了公差分析。設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)果表明,該系統(tǒng)在焦距范圍內(nèi)成像質(zhì)量良好,系統(tǒng)傳遞函數(shù)在20lp/mm時(shí)均接近衍射極限,凸輪曲線平滑無(wú)拐點(diǎn)。該系統(tǒng)具有變焦時(shí)無(wú)遮攔、大變倍比、長(zhǎng)焦距的特點(diǎn),較好的滿足了紅外探測(cè)跟蹤系統(tǒng)的需求。
[Abstract]:With the development of science and technology, the dark targets of the search and tracking are more and more, the distance is more and more distant, the speed is faster and faster, the search and tracking of the target and the difficulty of careful observation are greatly increased, and therefore, the infrared detection tracking system has higher requirements. In this paper, the development trend of the zoom optical system at home and abroad is summarized, the advantages and disadvantages of several kinds of infrared zoom optical systems are compared, and the theory of the zoom optical system is studied. Aiming at the defects of the existing infrared zoom optical system, the limitation of the infrared material is taken into account, and a long-wave infrared zoom optical system with the range of 8 to 12. m u.m in the range of 8 to 12. m In order to ensure the feasibility of the machining, the system is subjected to the tolerance analysis. The results show that the system has good imaging quality in the range of focal length, the transfer function of the system is close to the diffraction limit at 20lp/ mm, and the cam curve has no inflection point. The system has the characteristics of no blocking, large zoom ratio and long focal length in zooming, and better meets the requirement of the infrared detection and tracking system.
