濾波器輔助設(shè)計(jì)軟件的分析與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:微波濾波器,最常見(jiàn)最基本的應(yīng)用,就是截?cái)嗖恍枰念l率信號(hào),而讓需要的頻率信號(hào)順利通過(guò)。在現(xiàn)代微波電路系統(tǒng)中,很多設(shè)計(jì)的核心問(wèn)題都在濾波器上面,這已經(jīng)成為微波電路設(shè)計(jì)不可避免的問(wèn)題。隨著電子技術(shù)的不斷進(jìn)步,特別是在通信領(lǐng)域的巨大飛躍,使得通信頻率資源越來(lái)越緊張,微波頻段相對(duì)擁擠,這就對(duì)濾波器的性能提出了更高的要求。低通帶插損、高阻帶抑制、高功率容量、寬頻帶應(yīng)用、遠(yuǎn)寄生通帶等為主要的基本技術(shù)指標(biāo),而低成本、小體積以及快速設(shè)計(jì)的方法和縮短設(shè)計(jì)周期也已成關(guān)鍵的技術(shù)要求。在電子計(jì)算機(jī)高度發(fā)達(dá)的今天,數(shù)值計(jì)算的速度和精度都有了巨大的飛躍。因此,一大批優(yōu)秀的數(shù)值計(jì)算軟件和微波EDA工具應(yīng)運(yùn)而生,而Matlab和HFSS正是它們當(dāng)中的佼佼者,分別代表了各自領(lǐng)域的最高水平。傳統(tǒng)的,以手動(dòng)和試探的濾波器設(shè)計(jì)方法,無(wú)論是從成本效率上考慮還是從計(jì)算的準(zhǔn)確度和深度上考慮,都已不實(shí)用,所以急需尋找更具效率和精確的設(shè)計(jì)方法,而軟件的自動(dòng)化設(shè)計(jì)將是目前最好的選擇。鑒于此,能夠同時(shí)利用這兩個(gè)軟件的優(yōu)點(diǎn),將是縮短仿真設(shè)計(jì)濾波器周期的一個(gè)突破口。本文應(yīng)用HFSS-Matlab-API腳本程序,完成了終端短路式交指濾波器的設(shè)計(jì),并添加了GUI界面,使之最終成為一個(gè)功能完整的濾波器輔助設(shè)計(jì)軟件。它不僅有效地借助了Matlab強(qiáng)大的數(shù)值計(jì)算和建模功能,同時(shí)也結(jié)合了三維電磁仿真軟件HFSS的精準(zhǔn)仿真功能。這不僅僅是一種數(shù)值計(jì)算和建模的方法學(xué)上的應(yīng)用,也是一種在濾波器設(shè)計(jì)和優(yōu)化的時(shí)效性應(yīng)用。在本文的最后,為了顯示軟件的實(shí)用性,文中給出了具有說(shuō)服力的應(yīng)用實(shí)例。同時(shí)在論文之外,也做了大量的設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)用,以便更好的給出本軟件的適用范圍。
[Abstract]:Microwave filter, the most common and basic application, is to truncate the unnecessary frequency signal and let the needed frequency signal pass smoothly. In the modern microwave circuit system, the core problem of many designs is the filter, which has become the inevitable problem in the microwave circuit design. With the development of electronic technology, especially in the field of communication, the communication frequency resources become more and more tight, the microwave band is relatively crowded, which puts forward higher requirements for the performance of the filter. Low pass band insertion loss, high stopband suppression, high power capacity, wide band application and remote parasitic passband are the main technical specifications, while low cost, small volume, rapid design methods and shortening design cycle have become the key technical requirements. With the development of computer, the speed and precision of numerical calculation have made a great leap forward. Therefore, a large number of excellent numerical computing software and microwave EDA tools emerge as the times require, and Matlab and HFSS are the best among them, representing the highest level in their respective fields. Traditional, manual and heuristic filter design methods, whether in terms of cost efficiency or accuracy and depth of calculation, are no longer practical, so there is an urgent need to find more efficient and accurate design methods. And the automation design of software will be the best choice at present. In view of this, the advantages of the two software can be used simultaneously, which will be a breakthrough to shorten the filter period of simulation design. In this paper, HFSS-Matlab-API script program is used to complete the design of the terminal short-circuit interDigital filter, and the GUI interface is added to make it a functionally complete software for the auxiliary design of the filter. It not only effectively makes use of the powerful numerical calculation and modeling function of Matlab, but also combines the precise simulation function of 3D electromagnetic simulation software HFSS. This is not only a method of numerical calculation and modeling, but also a time-effect application in filter design and optimization. Finally, in order to show the practicability of the software, a persuasive application example is given. At the same time, in addition to the paper, also made a large number of design applications, in order to better give the scope of application of the software.
