1653nm光參量放大器及在甲烷遙測方面的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:基于摻氧化鎂的周期性極化鈮酸鋰(MgO:PPLN)晶體,研究了連續(xù)波種子光注入結(jié)構(gòu)的光參量放大器(OPA)。采用重復(fù)頻率為10kHz、最大平均輸出功率為6 W的1064nm高頻脈沖激光作為抽運源,晶體的極化周期為31.02μm,在119℃工作溫度下,將連續(xù)分布式反饋激光器(DFB)作為種子注入,在1652.3nm處得到最大平均功率為125mW的OPA信號光輸出,量子轉(zhuǎn)換效率為7.47%。實驗通過改變注入種子光波長,實現(xiàn)了信號光nm級范圍的調(diào)諧輸出。信號光通過10m外甲烷氣池,觀察到其光譜強度明顯下降,初步驗證了信號光在甲烷遙測領(lǐng)域的可行性。與用種子光直接檢測相比,信號光強度更高,檢測距離及靈敏度均有較大優(yōu)勢。
