小型揚(yáng)塵模擬設(shè)備的研制

【摘要】:大氣顆粒物不僅是造成城市顆粒物污染的重要因素,同時(shí)也是造成電子儀器設(shè)備內(nèi)部電接觸故障的重要因素。雖然市場(chǎng)上存在具有模擬沙塵實(shí)驗(yàn)和檢測(cè)外殼防護(hù)的塵土實(shí)驗(yàn)箱,但是關(guān)于研究設(shè)備內(nèi)部電子元件受塵土影響的小型揚(yáng)塵模擬實(shí)驗(yàn)裝置卻不是很多。為了滿足電子設(shè)備內(nèi)部元器件塵土實(shí)驗(yàn)的顆粒度和積塵重量要求,制造一個(gè)定量可控的揚(yáng)塵設(shè)備是一個(gè)亟待解決的問題。 通過對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外現(xiàn)有的揚(yáng)塵模擬設(shè)備的各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行比較,并依據(jù)后續(xù)塵土實(shí)驗(yàn)的基本要求,本課題研制了一種小型揚(yáng)塵模擬設(shè)備,從功能角度分為塵土顆粒篩選模塊和揚(yáng)撒積塵模塊。實(shí)現(xiàn)顆粒度篩選、和塵土顆粒的均勻揚(yáng)撒及重量控制。從設(shè)計(jì)角度將設(shè)備按照機(jī)械模塊、控制反饋模塊、實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證三個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了進(jìn)行詳細(xì)闡述。 本課題中機(jī)械模塊主要是完成塵土顆粒篩選部分和揚(yáng)撒部分的理論計(jì)算、工藝設(shè)計(jì)、材料選型及校核等工作。采用扭轉(zhuǎn)彈簧連接裝置帶動(dòng)偏心塊做圓周運(yùn)動(dòng),在偏心塊做圓周運(yùn)動(dòng)及基座上四個(gè)螺旋彈簧軸向拉伸和壓縮的作用下,雙層篩網(wǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)在豎直方向上做往復(fù)振動(dòng),實(shí)現(xiàn)塵土顆粒尺寸篩選,并進(jìn)行積塵室結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)。控制反饋模塊采用高精度的AD轉(zhuǎn)換芯片進(jìn)行積塵重量的模擬量轉(zhuǎn)換,傳遞給單片機(jī)進(jìn)行處理,通過控制功率合適的吹風(fēng)模塊以及輸入輸出電路模塊,有效提高了樣品積塵的分布均勻性及積塵量的準(zhǔn)確性,并且實(shí)現(xiàn)塵土揚(yáng)撒的自動(dòng)控制。通過模擬實(shí)驗(yàn),驗(yàn)證了塵土顆粒尺寸篩選和均勻揚(yáng)撒積塵的效果。
[Abstract]:Atmospheric particulate matter is not only an important factor of urban particulate pollution, but also an important factor of electrical contact failure of electronic equipment. Although there are dust test boxes with simulated sand dust test and shell protection in the market, there are not many small dust simulation devices for the study of the influence of dust on the electronic components inside the equipment. In order to meet the requirements of particle size and dust accumulation weight in the dust experiment of electronic devices, it is an urgent problem to manufacture a quantitatively controllable dust hoisting equipment. Based on the comparison of various indexes of the existing dust simulation equipment at home and abroad, and according to the basic requirements of the follow-up dust experiment, a small scale dust simulation equipment is developed in this paper. It is divided into dust particle screening module and dust accumulation module from the angle of function. To achieve particle size screening, and dust particles evenly spread and weight control. According to the mechanical module, the control feedback module and the experimental verification, the equipment is described in detail from the design point of view. In this paper, the mechanical module is mainly used to complete the theoretical calculation, process design, material selection and verification of dust particle screening part and hoisting part. The torsional spring connection device is used to drive the eccentric block to make circular motion. Under the action of the eccentric block and the axial tension and compression of the four helical springs on the base, the double sieve mesh structure makes reciprocating vibration in the vertical direction. Dust particle size screening and dust chamber structure design. The control feedback module uses the high-precision AD converter chip to convert the dust accumulation weight to the single-chip computer to process, through the control power appropriate blowing module and the input and output circuit module, The distribution uniformity of dust accumulation and the accuracy of dust accumulation amount are improved effectively, and the automatic control of dust dispersion is realized. The effect of dust particle size screening and uniform dust deposition was verified by simulation experiments.
