壓電式錫膏噴射閥特性

【摘要】:為了實(shí)現(xiàn)非接觸式錫膏噴印以滿足現(xiàn)代表面貼裝技術(shù)中的精度高、速度快、靈活性強(qiáng)的要求,研制了一種壓電式錫膏噴射閥。該系統(tǒng)利用壓電疊堆作為驅(qū)動(dòng)源,采用撞針與噴嘴相互分離的撞擊式噴射技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)錫膏的噴射。首先,對(duì)錫膏的噴射進(jìn)行理論分析,并利用Fluent分析了撞針結(jié)構(gòu)、噴嘴直徑和撞針?biāo)俣鹊葏?shù)對(duì)錫膏微滴噴射的影響;最后,搭建了噴射系統(tǒng)實(shí)驗(yàn)平臺(tái),對(duì)錫膏微滴噴射性能進(jìn)行測(cè)試,得到了噴嘴與撞針之間間隙、開閥時(shí)間和驅(qū)動(dòng)氣壓對(duì)錫膏微滴直徑的影響規(guī)律。
[Abstract]:In order to meet the requirements of high precision, high speed and high flexibility in modern surface mounting technology, a piezoelectric tin paste injection valve was developed. In this system, piezoelectric stack is used as the driving source, and the impact injection technology which separates the pin from the nozzle is used to realize the injection of tin paste. Firstly, the injection of tin paste is theoretically analyzed, and the influence of the structure of the pin, the diameter of the nozzle and the speed of the pin on the spray of tin paste is analyzed by Fluent. Finally, an experimental platform was set up to test the spray performance of tin paste micro-droplets, and the effects of the gap between the nozzle and the pin, the opening time of the valve and the driving pressure on the diameter of the tin paste micro-droplet were obtained.
