微電流信號的高帶寬調(diào)理技術(shù)及應(yīng)用
[Abstract]:In order to realize the high speed detection and processing of the weak signal of the current mode fast response detector, a high bandwidth adjustment method of the micro current signal is presented. The frequency band and amplitude characteristics of the output signals of several PIN photodetectors are analyzed. Taking the micro-current signal with a pulse width of 50ns and a current range of 20nAm ~ (-1) A as the design target, the conditioning method and design analysis of the micro-current signal are given, and the high-bandwidth regulating circuit for the target signal is designed and realized. By comparing the output response with photomultiplier tube (PMT9215B), the results show that the modulation circuit has a good response to the pulse signal of pulse width 40ns, and the rising edge and half maximum width of the response waveform are about 10ns. The signal bandwidth of the conditioning circuit is about 35 MHz, and the bandwidth and amplitude of the signal conditioning meet the requirement of quantization sampling, which verifies the correctness and feasibility of the method. The design and implementation of 4 脳 32 PIN 2-D array photoelectric detection system with this conditioning circuit is carried out. The dynamic range of the system is about 56 dB, and the time response characteristic is good.
