某復(fù)雜低汞硒渣富集分離回收硒汞試驗(yàn)

【摘要】:采用兩次焙燒工藝從某復(fù)雜低汞硒渣中富集分離回收硒、汞。首先將該硒汞渣在不制粒情況下,800~850℃空白焙燒1.5h,99%以上的硒、汞揮發(fā)進(jìn)入煙塵而富集,且焙燒渣中汞含量不足0.01%。富集硒、汞的煙塵與石灰(CaO加入量為理論值1.25倍)制粒后在650℃焙燒90 min,固硒率達(dá)到99.5%,汞脫除率達(dá)到99.41%。
