高速∑Δ模數(shù)轉(zhuǎn)換器的研究與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:隨著無(wú)線傳感器網(wǎng)絡(luò)的不斷發(fā)展,通信模塊對(duì)模數(shù)轉(zhuǎn)換器的要求不斷提高,高速、高精度、低功耗成為了模數(shù)轉(zhuǎn)換器重要的研究趨勢(shì)。連續(xù)時(shí)間∑△模數(shù)轉(zhuǎn)換器在精度、帶寬和功耗之間較好的折衷,對(duì)模擬器件匹配度較低的要求,近年來(lái)得到了迅速的發(fā)展,對(duì)中高速無(wú)線傳感器網(wǎng)絡(luò)的進(jìn)步有著重大意義。本文首先調(diào)研了國(guó)內(nèi)外Σ△調(diào)制器的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,對(duì)比了離散時(shí)間∑△調(diào)制器和連續(xù)時(shí)間Σ△調(diào)制器之間的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),以及相互之間轉(zhuǎn)換的方法。結(jié)合設(shè)計(jì)指標(biāo)要求,設(shè)計(jì)了一款連續(xù)時(shí)間∑△調(diào)制器,該調(diào)制器采用2階1位量化結(jié)構(gòu),具有10位有效精度;根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)復(fù)雜度的要求,確定采用級(jí)聯(lián)反饋結(jié)構(gòu);使用SDtoolbox設(shè)計(jì)出相應(yīng)的噪聲傳輸函數(shù),應(yīng)用沖激響應(yīng)不變法,將得到的離散時(shí)間的結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)轉(zhuǎn)換到連續(xù)時(shí)間域;使用MATLAB中的simulink工具,對(duì)電路各模塊的非理想特性進(jìn)行仿真。在完成系統(tǒng)仿真的基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)行電路設(shè)計(jì)。采用有源RC積分器來(lái)滿足調(diào)制器系統(tǒng)對(duì)積分器較高的要求;積分器中的運(yùn)算放大器創(chuàng)新的采用了折疊共源共柵增益提高型結(jié)構(gòu),以得到較高的直流增益和足夠大的帶寬,使其不會(huì)對(duì)系統(tǒng)性能造成影響。電路仿真結(jié)果表明,該設(shè)計(jì)完全能夠滿足設(shè)計(jì)指標(biāo),系統(tǒng)工作穩(wěn)定。論文最后在TSMC 0.18μm CMOS工藝下設(shè)計(jì)了調(diào)制器系統(tǒng)的版圖,并進(jìn)行了相應(yīng)的仿真驗(yàn)證與測(cè)試。在仿真環(huán)境下,設(shè)置電源電壓為1.8V,采樣頻率大于15MS/s,輸入信號(hào)頻率4.8828125MHz,幅度0.5V,仿真得到系統(tǒng)的SNR為58dB,整個(gè)調(diào)制器的功耗約為48mW,動(dòng)態(tài)性能基本滿足設(shè)計(jì)指標(biāo)。
