低能量激光二極管的光場(chǎng)分析及測(cè)試

【摘要】:低能量激光在醫(yī)學(xué)上是的解釋是直接照射生物組織不會(huì)導(dǎo)致不可逆損傷的激光。在小型便攜的醫(yī)學(xué)治療儀器中,常采用體積較小、價(jià)格便宜的低能量激光二極管作為光源。本文分析了由于激光二極管照射人體組織時(shí)存在光場(chǎng),而使局部組織產(chǎn)生的生物效應(yīng),通過(guò)組織對(duì)激光的吸收定律,生物體在激光照射過(guò)程中儲(chǔ)存的熱量和由輻射、傳導(dǎo)、對(duì)流引起的生物組織的熱傳遞等因素,建立了生物傳熱方程。在理論上對(duì)人體穴位組織在激光輻照下的溫度隨時(shí)間的變化進(jìn)行了計(jì)算,并在理論溫升模型和傳統(tǒng)灸療手法各項(xiàng)參數(shù)的確立的基礎(chǔ)上,建立了激光灸療模型。以所建立的激光灸療模型作為理論指導(dǎo),設(shè)計(jì)了硬件系統(tǒng)和軟件系統(tǒng),通過(guò)對(duì)激光二極管光功率的控制,實(shí)現(xiàn)若干傳統(tǒng)灸療手法。實(shí)驗(yàn)中,以灸療中穴位皮膚處的溫度作為衡量激光灸療效果的特征參數(shù),采用基于紅外測(cè)溫原理的非接觸式測(cè)溫方法,分別對(duì)艾條燃燒過(guò)程中穴位處皮膚溫度和激光照射下穴位處皮膚溫度進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析,實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)顯示,所設(shè)計(jì)的激光灸療系統(tǒng)能夠模擬三種傳統(tǒng)的灸療手法。本文首先進(jìn)行了低能量激光的光場(chǎng)分析,然后對(duì)低能量激光在醫(yī)學(xué)中的應(yīng)用實(shí)例進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì),最后完成了在激光光場(chǎng)中的測(cè)試,所設(shè)計(jì)的激光灸療儀光學(xué)劑量安全可靠,方便實(shí)用,適合推廣到家庭保健中。
[Abstract]:The medical explanation for low-energy lasers is that direct exposure to biological tissue does not cause irreversible damage. In small portable medical therapeutic instruments, small and inexpensive low energy laser diodes are often used as light sources. In this paper, we analyze the biological effect of local tissue caused by laser diode irradiation on human tissue. Through the law of absorption of laser by tissue, the heat stored in the process of laser irradiation and the conduction by radiation and conduction are analyzed. The heat transfer equation of biological tissue caused by convection was established. The temperature variation of human acupoint tissue under laser irradiation with time was calculated theoretically, and the laser moxibustion model was established on the basis of the theoretical temperature rise model and the establishment of parameters of traditional moxibustion technique. Under the guidance of the established laser moxibustion model, the hardware and software systems are designed. Some traditional moxibustion techniques are realized by controlling the laser diode light power. In the experiment, the temperature of the skin at the acupoint was taken as the characteristic parameter to evaluate the effect of laser moxibustion, and the non-contact temperature measurement method based on the principle of infrared temperature measurement was used. The skin temperature at the acupoint during the burning of moxa was compared with that at the acupoint under laser irradiation. The experimental data showed that the designed laser moxibustion system could simulate three kinds of traditional moxibustion techniques. In this paper, the light field of low energy laser is analyzed firstly, then the application of low energy laser in medicine is designed. Finally, the test of laser light field is completed. The designed laser moxibustion instrument is safe and reliable in optical dose. Convenient and practical, suitable for family health care.
