基于FDCFOA的全差分混合模式二階濾波器

【摘要】:提出了一種基于全差分電流反饋運算放大器(FDCFOA)的混合模式二階濾波器電路.與CFOA實現(xiàn)該濾波器電路相比,可以大大降低總諧波失真(在100mV輸入電壓,1MHz的總諧波失真為3.60%).該電路在不改變電路結(jié)構(gòu)的前提下就能同時實現(xiàn)全差分輸入、輸出電壓模式和電流模式濾波器低通、高通和帶通的功能.濾波器電路還具有靈敏度低,固有頻率ω和品質(zhì)因數(shù)Q可以獨立調(diào)節(jié).采用90nm CMOS工藝完成了PSPICE仿真,理論分析和仿真結(jié)果證明了電路的有效性.
[Abstract]:A hybrid mode second order filter circuit based on full differential current feedback operational amplifier (FDCFOA) is proposed. Compared with the filter circuit implemented by CFOA, the total harmonic distortion can be greatly reduced (the total harmonic distortion of 1MHz is 3.60% at the input voltage of 100mV). Without changing the circuit structure, the circuit can realize the functions of full differential input, output voltage mode and current-mode filter at the same time, high pass and band pass. The filter circuit also has low sensitivity, the inherent frequency 蠅 and the quality factor Q can be adjusted independently. The PSPICE simulation is completed by using 90nm CMOS process. The theoretical analysis and simulation results show that the circuit is effective.
