【摘要】：大批量生產(chǎn)技術(shù)在20世紀(jì)初使得制造業(yè)得到迅猛的發(fā)展,為社會(huì)提供了大量的工業(yè)化產(chǎn)品,滿(mǎn)足了社會(huì)對(duì)工業(yè)產(chǎn)品的基本需求。然而,20世紀(jì)后期,越來(lái)越多的工業(yè)產(chǎn)品被多品種,小批量方式所取代,給質(zhì)量管理帶來(lái)了難度。中國(guó)的全面質(zhì)量管理,依然停留在以國(guó)有企業(yè)為主體的狀態(tài),管理水平有待提高。面對(duì)生產(chǎn)方式的轉(zhuǎn)變,特別是對(duì)電子設(shè)備,急需要改變質(zhì)量管理的模式來(lái)適應(yīng)新的環(huán)境。受世界電子設(shè)備研發(fā)大環(huán)境的影響,我國(guó)的電子設(shè)備生產(chǎn)模式也已逐漸從大批量生產(chǎn)的通用模式轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)榱诵∨垦兄频膫�(gè)性化模式。這一改變帶來(lái)的問(wèn)題有生產(chǎn)資源的分配問(wèn)題、質(zhì)量管理問(wèn)題、計(jì)劃管理問(wèn)題、產(chǎn)品技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題等。本文重點(diǎn)就質(zhì)量管理方面進(jìn)行了探討和研究,主要以小批量電子設(shè)備研制為研究對(duì)象。本文從小批量電子設(shè)備研制存在的主要問(wèn)題入手研究,分析了需求不穩(wěn)定、時(shí)間進(jìn)度緊、質(zhì)量要求較高、采購(gòu)的制約等問(wèn)題的產(chǎn)生原因,針對(duì)每個(gè)原因制定了解決的措施,以某顯控設(shè)備配套的網(wǎng)關(guān)設(shè)備小批量研制作為案例,構(gòu)建了該類(lèi)項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量管理系統(tǒng)方法和體系結(jié)構(gòu)。在研究工作中,作者與項(xiàng)目組的許多成員有著較為深入的合作,初步建立小批量電子設(shè)備研制質(zhì)量管理系統(tǒng),提出了小批量電子設(shè)備研制存在的問(wèn)題原因及系統(tǒng)的解決辦法,通過(guò)實(shí)踐驗(yàn)證了管理系統(tǒng)的有效性,明確了小批量電子設(shè)備研制的質(zhì)量管理體系。
[Abstract]:At the beginning of the 20th century, mass production technology made the manufacturing industry develop rapidly, which provided the society with a large number of industrialized products and met the basic needs of the society for industrial products. However, in the late 20th century, more and more industrial products were replaced by many varieties and small batches, which brought difficulty to quality management. China's total quality management, still in the state-owned enterprises as the main state, management level needs to be improved. In the face of the change of production mode, especially for electronic equipment, it is urgent to change the mode of quality management to adapt to the new environment. Under the influence of the world electronic equipment research and development environment, the electronic equipment production mode in our country has gradually changed from the general mode of mass production to the individualized mode of small batch development. The problems brought about by this change include the allocation of production resources, quality management, planning management, product technology realization, etc. This paper focuses on quality management, mainly on the development of small-batch electronic equipment as the research object. Starting with the main problems in the development of small batch electronic equipment, this paper analyzes the causes of the problems, such as unstable demand, tight time schedule, high quality requirement, and the restriction of purchasing, and formulates the measures to solve each problem. Taking the small batch development of gateway equipment for a display and control equipment as an example, the quality management system method and architecture of this kind of project are constructed. In the research work, the author has a deep cooperation with many members of the project team, initially establishes the small batch electronic equipment development quality management system, and puts forward the reasons of the problems existing in the small batch electronic equipment development and the solutions of the system. The effectiveness of the management system is verified by practice, and the quality management system of the small batch electronic equipment development is clarified.
