基于DGS的雙通帶濾波器設(shè)計(jì)
[Abstract]:Microwave filter can effectively suppress the out-of-band noise, equalize the amplitude and phase of the communication channel. With the diversification of communication modes, it is difficult to meet the demand of this change in single-band communication. For example, in a WiMAX,WLAN,GPS device, a receiver needs to simultaneously receive and transmit signals in multiple frequency bands. As an important device in radio frequency system, double pass band filter plays an important role in communication system, which makes the research of double pass band filter of great significance. The first three chapters of this paper are theoretical analysis. In the first chapter, the research background and significance of double pass band filter are introduced, and then the research status and progress of double pass band filter are analyzed. The second chapter introduces the generation of DGS structure, and enumerates several kinds of DGS. with typical structure. The extraction principle of equivalent circuit of dumbbell-shaped DGS is introduced by analyzing the structure of dumbbell-shaped DGS, and the extraction is carried out by simulation software. In chapter 3, the general theory of filter is introduced, the prototype response of several low-pass filters is compared, and the principle of filter frequency transformation is introduced. The fourth chapter is the design and result analysis of this paper. Firstly, the frequency characteristics of the ring resonator are analyzed, and a double pass band filter working in the WiMAX and WLAN bands is designed by combining the quiver DGS structure with the ring resonator. On this basis, the quiver DGS structure is replaced by C type DGS structure. The simulation and test results show that C-type DGS structure filter has better frequency selectivity than quiver DGS structure filter. Finally, some problems that should be paid attention to in the processing and testing of filters are discussed. The fifth chapter makes some summary and prospect to this article.
