【摘要】：隨著集成電路產(chǎn)業(yè)的飛速發(fā)展和產(chǎn)業(yè)布局的改變,交由第三方設(shè)計制造的芯片越來越流行,如何保證芯片設(shè)計安全成為了人們?nèi)找骊P(guān)注的問題.對此,以目前硬件木馬檢測的主要方法為背景,以AES木馬為基準電路,從RTL級語言結(jié)構(gòu)出發(fā),依據(jù)perl語言強大的文本匹配能力,提出了一種基于Verilog IEEE標準的RTL級硬件木馬的分析方法,以期從源頭上保證硬件木馬設(shè)計的安全性.
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the integrated circuit industry and the change of the industrial layout, the chips designed and manufactured by the third party are becoming more and more popular. How to ensure the safety of the chip design has become a growing concern. In this paper, based on the main detection methods of the hardware Trojan horse at present, the AES Trojan horse is used as the reference circuit, and based on the RTL language structure, according to the powerful text matching ability of the perl language, This paper presents an analysis method of RTL level hardware Trojan based on Verilog IEEE standard, in order to ensure the security of hardware Trojan design from the source.
