基于偏振串?dāng)_分析的分布式光纖溫度與應(yīng)變傳感探索研究

【摘要】:論文對(duì)具有廣泛應(yīng)用前景的分布式偏振串?dāng)_保偏光纖溫度與應(yīng)變傳感技術(shù)進(jìn)行了探索研究,主要圍繞保偏光纖串?dāng)_延遲差與環(huán)境溫度數(shù)學(xué)關(guān)系推導(dǎo)、保偏光纖溫度傳感系數(shù)(TSC)測(cè)量、分布式溫度傳感系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)及可行性驗(yàn)證、保偏光纖串?dāng)_強(qiáng)度與橫向壓力數(shù)學(xué)關(guān)系推導(dǎo)、軸向應(yīng)變測(cè)量傳感基帶設(shè)計(jì)、分布式軸向應(yīng)變傳感系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)及可行性驗(yàn)證等方面展開研究,主要內(nèi)容和創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)如下:1.對(duì)基于偏振串?dāng)_分析的分布式光纖溫度傳感與應(yīng)變傳感進(jìn)行了理論研究,推導(dǎo)了保偏光纖串?dāng)_延遲差與環(huán)境溫度數(shù)學(xué)關(guān)系式、串?dāng)_強(qiáng)度與橫向壓力數(shù)學(xué)關(guān)系式,并做了模擬分析,得知在一定范圍內(nèi),應(yīng)力隨串?dāng)_量的變化具有近線性的關(guān)系;2.通過在保偏光纖上沿軸向不同間隔制造預(yù)設(shè)串?dāng)_峰的方式,實(shí)驗(yàn)得到了商用光纖(YOFC PANDA_PM1550_125-18/250)平均的TSC為-0.7μm/(°C?m),且設(shè)計(jì)了兩種分布式溫度測(cè)量方案,首次驗(yàn)證了基于偏振串?dāng)_分析的分布式光纖溫度傳感的可行性,在不考慮儀器機(jī)械誤差情況下,系統(tǒng)的測(cè)量空間分辨率為1.42m、溫度分辨率為1.42℃。3.設(shè)計(jì)了一種新穎的保偏光纖金屬基帶制作方案,可把光纖所受的軸向應(yīng)變有效轉(zhuǎn)換為橫向壓力進(jìn)行測(cè)量,且搭建了一套簡(jiǎn)單的應(yīng)變測(cè)量系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)了5m光纖長(zhǎng)度0~160.888με的高精度分布式應(yīng)變測(cè)量,首次驗(yàn)證了通過布置預(yù)設(shè)串?dāng)_峰的方式實(shí)現(xiàn)分布式光纖應(yīng)變傳感的可行性,且系統(tǒng)的空間分辨率可達(dá)10cm。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the distributed polarization crosstalk polarization maintaining fiber temperature and strain sensing technology, which has wide application prospect, is studied, and the mathematical relationship between the polarization maintaining fiber crosstalk delay difference and the ambient temperature is derived. (TSC) measurement of temperature sensing coefficient of polarization-maintaining fiber, design and feasibility verification of distributed temperature sensing system, derivation of mathematical relationship between crosstalk intensity and transverse pressure of polarization maintaining fiber, design of sensing baseband for axial strain measurement, The design and feasibility verification of distributed axial strain sensing system are studied. The main contents and innovations are as follows: 1. The distributed optical fiber temperature sensor and strain sensor based on polarization crosstalk analysis are studied theoretically. The mathematical relations between the difference of polarization maintaining fiber crosstalk delay and ambient temperature and the relationship between crosstalk intensity and transverse pressure are derived. The simulation results show that the variation of stress with crosstalk is nearly linear within a certain range. By making preset crosstalk peaks at different axial intervals on polarization-maintaining fibers, the average TSC of commercial optical fiber (YOFC PANDA_PM1550_125-18/250) is -0.7 渭 m / (擄C ~ m), and two distributed temperature measurement schemes are designed. The feasibility of distributed optical fiber temperature sensor based on polarization crosstalk analysis is verified for the first time.
