基于NLPCA和JADE算法的EMI輻射源噪聲診斷方法研究
[Abstract]:With the widespread use of large scale integrated circuits, high-frequency switching elements and wireless communication modules in electronic devices, a large amount of electronic radiation noise is generated and propagates outward in the form of space electromagnetic fields. It not only affects the normal operation of the equipment itself, but also interferes with the work of the external equipment through electromagnetic radiation. At present, most of the analysis methods of EMC are based on theory and modeling, which can not judge and diagnose the characteristics of noise source, and because of the idealization of the model, there is a certain error between the results and the reality. Therefore, the identification and diagnosis of electromagnetic radiation noise sources in complex electronic equipment has become a major challenge in EMC radiation analysis. In order to solve the above problems, this paper studies the method of noise diagnosis of EMI radiation source based on NLPCA and JADE algorithm, which includes the following contents: (1) based on the antenna radiation theory, the radiation mechanism of complex electronic equipment is analyzed. In this paper, a widely applicable radiation convolution noise model is established for the real circuit in which the signal propagation delay exists when the length of the radiation cable is electrically large and the circuit has reverse traveling wave when the line impedance mismatches. (2) the complex convolution noise model is studied. Location method of multiple radiation sources for miscellaneous electronic equipment. NLPCA and JADE algorithms are used to analyze the radiated noise of multiple radiation sources in the time domain and frequency domain respectively, and several independent noise signals are obtained, which are used as alternative signals for the radiation noise to exceed the standard source. The independent radiated electromagnetic interference (EMI) noise signal after separation is analyzed by power spectrum, and the frequency characteristics of each signal are extracted, and compared with the suspected radiation source of the PCB board. Thus, the main causes of radiation exceeding the standard are diagnosed. (3) three groups of confirmatory experiments are carried out. The noise signals of the two common mode models, the double differential modes model and the common-difference mode mixed model are separated blindly, and the energy spectrum of the separated independent signals is analyzed. The reason of radiation exceeding the standard is found, and the feasibility of this method is verified. Finally, through the case analysis of two real complex electronic products, the validity of the method is verified, the reason of radiation exceeding the standard is found out successfully, and the corresponding rectification is taken according to the reason of exceeding the standard, so that the electronic equipment can pass the national standard test. Based on the theoretical analysis and experimental results, the localization method proposed in this paper has important reference value for the study of EMC multi-emitter signal separation in complex electronic equipment. Moreover, it has positive guiding significance to the rectification and reform of EMC.
