一款應用于LED驅動的過溫保護電路

【摘要】:設計了一款電壓隨溫度自適應變化,從而使驅動電流隨溫度自適應變化的過溫保護電路。應用于LED驅動電路,具有滯回關斷的特點,在恒流輸出中增加溫度自適應模塊,設計簡單而且比較穩(wěn)定;0.5μm CMOS工藝,使用Cadence Spectre對電路進行仿真。仿真結果表明,基準電壓精度高,溫漂低,溫度系數(shù)為1.6×10~(-5)/℃;LED電路在0~65℃,恒定輸出350 mA,輸出變化范圍小于0.285%;在65~108℃范圍內變化時,電流輸出自適應范圍為85 mA;在溫度達到110℃時,關斷信號為高電平,電路關斷輸出,直到溫度下降到60℃時,電路重新開啟。
